Good morning all! First, let me say that it wasn't 3:09AM when I started thread LOL!, it was approximately
5AM.........when I got up a bit.......crazy....the time isn't set correctly on my computer. and must not be
set here correctly. Very confusing, but not enough to worry about! Maybe I'll try to get it straightened out
sometime..........

Today's workout: (another longer one)

CoffeyFit Raw- "Rebound & Lift" - 51 min. I've done it several times, it's full of variety with 1 min. intervals
on the rebounder and then off for upper body exercises. Time does fly with this one.

Nice workout Linda!!

Today was a 70 minute Shoulders and Back workout.

Consisting of Arnold Press for 4 sets of 15, 12, 10 and 8, started with 12.5 pound dumbbells ended with 10's.

Then I did seated clean and press with 10's for 4 sets of the same as above.

Then I did standing bent arm side laterals with 10's for 3 sets and 7.5 for the final set.

In between the above exercise I did rear shoulders.

Then I did dumbbell shrug holding 20 dumbbells for sets of 15,12,10 and 8.

Then I moved to the cables for Close Grip Lat Pulldown 1st time using a different grip bar for this . I did 4 sets same as above set at 55 pounds.

I added the inner and outer thigh machines for some legs. 40 then 55 pounds for both.

Then I did the back machine since I did not like any of the back exercises they had listed. So the back machine I upped the weight to 45 on each side so that was challenging. I did 8 reps on each grip for each side so that is 4 grips each side so 8 total for 8 reps.

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes some weighted.

And a nice stretch.

I think I am done.

Nice job Annette, with your 70 min. Shoulders and Back workout. You got alot done! I love to do shrugs!
and the inner/outer machine (or in my case, when I went to the Wellness Center, we had 2 separate machines) You really got all areas of the shoulders!
 
the inner and outer thighs are 2 separate machines, sitting side by side.
Yep, that's the way they were there too. I think they were the Nautilus brand.

I hope she's (Siobhan) is ok.

ETA: Well, now that I think about it, the first ones a long time ago were Nautilus, but I think they did
get a new equipment line later when they moved to a new location and I don't know if it was Nautilus
equipment or another brand or a mix of both! It's been a long time since I went there. Sometimes
I really miss it...........
