Today I did more C&E for chest/shoulders/triceps - 45 minutes.

Annette - Another stellar gym workout yesterday! Muscle definition is not easy to achieve and maintain but we are all trying :)

Good morning Siobhan! Nice 45 min. C&E for chest/shoulders/triceps this morning!

Again, Nora, glad mammo was good !

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Ripped & Ride, December 2019" - 36 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "Stretch Finisher" - 8 min.

That's it. Indeed, I need to try and finish up my cleaning. Yesterday, I had dental check-up mid day so
no time before going and of course, I had to go to Walmart & Food Lion afterwards, so by the time I got
back, the day was shot! (worked out well- wink, wink!)

Hi ladies,

Today was an 81 minute chest/triceps pyramid style workout. With 1 leg machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I did incline dumbbell chest press and flyes using 12.5, 15 and 20's going up and down the pyramid.

Then triceps 1 arm overhead, then fat ends of dumbbells held and then kickbacks all using the pyramid style with 10's, 12.5 and 15 pound dumbbells.

Then I did a cable exercise with 30, 35 and 40 going up only.

Then the flye machine starting at 55, 70 and 85 I think.

Then calf machine which had 70 in plates on it for 2 sets.

Then the tricep dip machine for a bonus .

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I should be sore tomorrow.

Good job with 81 min. chest/triceps pyramid style workout, adding 1 leg machine & floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. and you still have Friday left!

I was still feeling a little sore today and my back decided to bug me today along with my foot. It's no fun when they all team up on the same day. Needless to say I didn't feel much like working out, but I managed a little something to help DH workout.
