I did 20 min. of upper body weight work today including a 15 min. workout off of Fit TV for biceps, triceps and shoulders then I added chest. It is humid again today so I am a sweaty mess. I also did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp Workout the Kickboxing premix for my cardio. No abs just too hot.
Kimberly's form is horrible but the workout isn't too bad as long as you keep your form good and not watch her. LOL!!
