Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

YT-Coach Ali- Ultimate Legs Workout with Weight Plates - 19 min.
Blender- 10 min. Jump Rope & Low Impact Cardio workout add-on

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of T&D for abs and arms - 33 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of an upper body (bodyweight) growingananas YT workout. It was good to exercise!

Great workout this morning, Linda. WTG with your mix of lower body/jump rope workout.

This morning I joined Cathe live for her lower body workout. A few new exercises mixed in. I really liked it. Intermediate unless you’re lifting much heavier. She used the medium resistance loop also. Mine snapped during the first move. I guess I’ll be using my blue one in the future and see how that works. I grabbed the gray one which was the extra heavy. Oops! Followed with the Peloton strength program. The focus today was endurance and power. The instructor really likes burpees! Ugh!

ChelePA, I hope that snapped band did not hit you! I've never had one snap on me. Must be your super strength! Good job!
 
I am going to try to get in a stretch workout in after work. Going to look for something on Cathe Live! So loving these choices I have now. After my leg lying workout Monday, my right leg felt really good. Oops, not so fast! Acting up again since Tuesday. Dang, I just can't figure out what's wrong so I can address it.

I might need to check out the weight plates routines. So many awesome workouts, so little time.
 
Yes, he has a bunch of those type of workouts…..he does very little talking, there’s a
countdown timer, you more or less follow them, 2 men, one girl, & the next move is
always demonstrated.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was an 100 minute gym circuit consisting of flye machine up to 125 pounds for 2 reps, back machine with 35 on each side, dumbbells for chest press 17.5, 20's and 25's, same weights for hammer curls, holding fat end of dumbbells (17.5 ) for triceps.

Concentration curls with 17.5 and 20's, seated clean and press with 12.5, reverse up and down biceps with 10's, wrist curls with 12.5, shoulder shrugs with 17.5, side laterals with 10's, shoulder press with 17.5( I think).

Arnold press with 6 pounds, sled to 12 plates and it was a bear to push, a kind young man unloaded it for me, then floorwork for abs and legs and a short stretch.

I am spent.

Nice long workout Nora!!! Good variety I love Kelly’s Total Body Timesaver -Sculpt- Shadow Boxing….at the slower pace, it has really helped me to get my form for my
punches down.
