Good Morning All!
It’s much cooler here it was 45 when I woke up - so great workout weather!

KY & RWH Lift it HiiT it Legs. Wow! Amazing WO! I probably could have used heavier weights but better safe than sorry. I’m supposed to add cardio per my rotation but actually don’t feel the need. Maybe a walk later.
 
Hi ladies,

I've got no energy today. I just feel really tired. So I did a resistance band workout for the back with a band. Quick and simple. I needed to work the opposing muscle from yesterdays workout to balance it out. I am just going to putter around the house today and definitely take a nap. Have a great day everyone!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did 18 minutes on the stair machine, then 40 minutes on the elliptical and then 20 minutes of weights consisting of machine chest flies 3 sets, leg press machine, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Laid out in the sun yesterday for 2 hours and 15 minutes, it was soooo nice.
