Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was PUB and some Garden Max. I did Garden Max first so I needed some psycho juice to give my workout a kick (vitamin water: Power C with dragonfruit) Made me feel where I needed to be. Started off listening to Gwen Stefani, "What are you waiting for" and before I got to bicep work, I had to listen to Motley Crue, "Shout at the Devil" LOL! Did 60lbs for Lat Pulldowns on Smith Machine. Went down in weight for Chest and Biceps...darn! Have DOMS in pecs and still in legs from 2 days ago from walking lunges!!! You all have to do those walking lunges, and do them with weights!!!

Today I will be doing Core Max 2, Stretch Max and a long hike up the mountain with my children.

Cathy - Thanks for recommending Power Max. What a workout! I have to get used to the step part at the end. A little tricky.

Charlotte - Motley Crue used to be my ultimate favorite band when I was young!!! Talk about flash back!!LOL

Today Power Max, GS Ch/Tr, and BC Cardio.

I am off to go grocery shopping with no kids!! YAY!

Good Morning! Great workouts so far! Today is supposed to be a rest day, but since I didnt do the cardio portion of my workout yesterday, I'll make it up today.

I just started doing walking lunges. After this rotation, I'm going to try it w/ weights Charlotte.

Great workouts so far today!
I'm doing the rotation but I already did Imax2 this week so I think I'm going to do BC today. No I'm not doing it twice. I bounce off the walls enough after doing it once as it is. :7

Good Morning Fit Women.

The rotation I am doing calls for PS Legs & Abs and a 20 min run. I don't have PS and I can't run sooo...here is what I am doing:

MIS leg section
L&G floor work section
SJP hi/lo premix
Coremax # 1

I am throwing coremax in as opposed to a shorter ab work out (PS Abs is only like 7 mins long) because I just got it so I am excited to try it! :) I may not have time to finish the entire thing though...

DH is home today...he is getting sick...thinks he might have strept throat...GREAT! lol As long as he doesn't get me or, more importantly, Joey sick, then he is allowed to stay in this house while he is getting better. If one of us starts feeling poorly, he is outta here! LOL :p:7

Yesterday,did MM uppper body premix and was supposed to do abhits, but didn't get around to it again. will have to put it in at end of week.

Today is Coremax in Entirety, and outer thigh let lifts on ball in PLB (twice.) Maybe kickmax leg drills.

When you say coremax in it's entirety, do you mean the entire dvd? All 3 segments at one time!?!? :eek: }( :eek:
 
Good Morning Ladies! I'm pretty new to the forums but this check in looks great!

I don't have too many of Cathe's videos (I am slowly transfering from the FIRM world, don't know if any of you know it;-) )

I did Muscle Max last night and it always kicks my butt! I am on a rest day today because of school. Tomorrow it's cardio and the next day High Step Challenge.

does anyone have a suggstion as to which of Cathe's videos are great for cardio but not as mind boggling as IMAX 3?

Today is my rest day. I have to rest up for a long weekend! We are going to Brown County on Sunday for church. Brown County is LOVELY! the entire county is full of hills and beautiful trees and parks for hiking and horse back riding. Wonderful time! And on Sat we are going to take the kids out for one last BOOM before school, we are going to Indiana Beach and the waterland there! I can't wait, I have never been! The best part is, I have someone to watch little Logan so that we can go WILD!

Ok day 4 of the Aug 05 rotation for me. I am going to do an interval run instead of imax2 even though I have imax2. Or maybe I will do imax2....I just hate to give up my running as I believe it helps keep my lower body trimmer. I will make substitutions for coremax3 as I sold the dvd. I was never that thrilled with it but sometimes I think I should have kept it. I will tivo it the next time it is on. Later today I will also do a upperbody workout. Probably PUB. I am use to more upperbody then this roatation has.

Wendy-Send your hubbyy to the doc for a strep test. I hate strep and would myself move out if I was living with someone who had it! It really knocks me for a loop and I just can't be sick that long. Here is to hoping you and Joey stay well!

Morning all!

Missy - sounds like your weekend is gonna rock:) Have fun!

Last night I did Kickmax. Normally I do the Bootcamp Challenge Premix, so it was a nice change. Those leg drills are killer. I really must remember to add them in more often.

Tonight is Lowmax. I was going to get up early this morning and run, but it's already drippy with humidity here, so I stayed in bed instead;)

Laurie (Endorphin Junkie) - I'm so jealous! The Gatineaux are absolutely gorgeous. Have a great time!

Sandra - Oh, I remember the "pregnancy fatigue"! You're right. No amount of sleeping really seems to help you feel rested! What kind of writing do you do?

Hey wendy,

Yes, I usually can do the first two back to back and have to take a break before doing the third one. Last time I took a 30 min. break! who knows this time! Could be a hour or two! Wish I could do it straight through.

Sandra...you are doing very well for your third trimester, I think. True though sometimes naps don't really help. But before you know it that precious bundle will be in your arms...:)...my ribs are better. My nephew said I could have strained my intercostal muscles also. Now if he could make those bruises on my right thigh go away!!!

Annette....oh my....a TEENAGER in the house....:)...

Wendy....if your DH does have strep...I hope he gets well quickly as that can be painful...

Welcome Millie....I also did the Firm before Cathe. Cathe is so much better IMO!! Imax3 is challenging if you haven't done many of Cathe's cardio. What other step cardios of hers do you have?

I am doing a 6 mile run, freestyle legwork, abs and shoulders, bi's and tri's.

Great workouts today! :)

I did LowMax this morning - it's been a while since I've done this workout in its entirety. This was the first time I did it on a 6" step instead of 4" (I know, I'm a wuss), but for some reason, it felt easier today than on previous occasions. Perhaps I have increased my fitness level more than I thought! I may be ready for an 8" step sooner than I thought! :)

Hi everybody, good morning. Today is Kenpo X and a Cathe's cardio premix. I am so happy with my P90X results. I am in the day 6 of the week 6. I am losing inches and body fat. My parents say they see I am losing weight. Have a great day everybody.

Hi Carole, I agree, Cathe is much better than the Firm workouts, and much much harder.
I don't have any other Step videos of Cathe's yet. :( I'm a real "newbie".

Which would you suggest?
