Good Morning Fit Women,
Yesterday was PUB and some Garden Max. I did Garden Max first so I needed some psycho juice to give my workout a kick (vitamin water: Power C with dragonfruit) Made me feel where I needed to be. Started off listening to Gwen Stefani, "What are you waiting for" and before I got to bicep work, I had to listen to Motley Crue, "Shout at the Devil" LOL! Did 60lbs for Lat Pulldowns on Smith Machine. Went down in weight for Chest and Biceps...darn! Have DOMS in pecs and still in legs from 2 days ago from walking lunges!!! You all have to do those walking lunges, and do them with weights!!!
Today I will be doing Core Max 2, Stretch Max and a long hike up the mountain with my children.
