Hi gals,

Today I practiced my short workout for tomorrow's class. (~37 minutes) Then I went to the gym and did 18 minutes on the stair machine and 30 minutes on the elliptical machine .

Now I need to change and get ready for my last PT[emoji2].

Have a great day and workout!

Hi Annette. have fun at PT! It's your last one so go for it. Elsie, I'm so sorry about your cat. It's horrible when they can't tell you whats wrong. I have 2 dogs and the bigger one, Theo, is around 10 (we got him from the shelter and don't really know his age). I give him massages just about every night before bed. He seems to like it, while my husband just stares at me LOL! I think it's great that you're trying to feed him healthy stuff too. Hugs to you both. Missy is that Cathes Cardio and weights? I always enjoy that one. Today I did Cathe Live High step legs and core. Wow. I couldn't keep up. Legs were fried. Have a great night everyone. Hello to all who follow.

Awww, thanks Peg. It means a lot. Your Theo sounds like a delight. Yeah, it's been a rough day. The Vet referred us to end of life/palliative care and it's been a very rough & real day. They've been saying she is on her way out for over three years, so I guess I was in denial at first.I am hoping to get at least another three weeks with her. She has lost 93% function of her kidney. Lost 32% of her body weight just in the last 5 weeks. When life is no longer there for her, I will not be leaving her to suffer. I just need to see if there anything else I can do for her as of now. Trying blood pressure meds as well as the already daily fluids we've been doing.
I probably won't be checking in much as I am not really working out anyway, but am taking hilly walks in the neighbourhood, doing stretches etc.
((Hugs))

Hi ladies,

Elsie - I am so sorry to hear about your cat. My thoughts are with you in these hard times.

Thursday I was just too tired to work out. I had biked with my son to his foot therapist in the morning and then on to the station to catch the train and at the end of the day back home again. But all day at the office I struggled to stay awake. First week back at work after my vacation and 29 weeks pregnant is taking a toll on me. Instead of working out we played a game... Phase 10, as it was the first night in 10 days that my son did not have bball and then we watched a silly movie on Netflix. A bit of quality time last week of his summer break. Good thing the weekend is near as I am exhausted! Still. Despite a good night's sleep I am still so tired today. Unfortunately Magnus has a tournament tomorrow, so we have to leave the house before 7 in the morning! Sunday I will really have to relax!
