45 min interval run today. I'll be doing a CC but adjusting my settings to match my pitiful stamina right now!

Jane: I'm sure you'll do great on your run. You will build your stamina back up in no time.

So I did ISculpt #8 y'day but cldn't finish it all. It's comprised of standing leg work, upper body, core, floor leg work and a stretch. I skipped the floor legs but I intend to do it today along with my scheduled run.

I'm heading out tonight to hang with the boys. My mom is taking DS overnight. Can't wait!}(

This has been a shorter week for us. Dh took Monday off for a funeral and will be off again tomorrow and it still feels like it's been a LOOOOOONG week !:eek: Not sure why.

Today's forecast .....102 degrees! Same for tomorrow!
We need a sweating smiley!!

It was a short night for me. I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep at 3am. My insomnia problems now are not about falling asleep but about STAYING asleep!!

I'll bb after my workout.

I tried to edit my original post but time had expired....

I wanted to clarify that it was ISculpt 6, not 8, that I did y'day. I am getting my numbers all confused! LOL

Anywho, I just finished the floor leg work as planned. OUCHEES! My run should be interesting now!;)

Today was a CIA workout with 2 women, I don't remember their names..Good hi/lo and then a core workout afterwards...

I wish it was 102 here. Heat = margaritas
I *finally* got some workouts in and feel so much better. Last night was Low Max. This way to early a.m. was the 49 minute B&G premix and LIC Upper Body premix. I love those premixes. I'll be taking CC with in case I have an opportunity to hit an elliptical while on vacation next week. I also have the iTrain walking workout. Now I just need to find the MP3 player.

I finished my workout, which was a step mish-mosh. I did step only from Cardio Fusion and Step it Strong (keli roberts) and abs from Cardio Crazy.

I suppose at 102 degrees you might need a hose off....and air conditioning....and a margarita ;-)

I hate AC, but we have to use it now. I don't have it on in the morning when I workout, and it gets pretty wet and wild let me tell you!

Anyways, the margarita idea is probably the best idea!

I did a hodge podge of upper body (minus back) off of MIS and Pure Strength series today, I would have done more or at least abs but I have to take my oldest back to the foot doctor at one and I have to get ready. But I did something with my DOMS from Tuesday and that is all that matters.

Daily Check-in

My cycle has been wiping me out this week. I have not worked out at all since last weekend! It appears that I am destined to be a weekend workout warrior this month. Now that my cycle is finally over, I am hoping to enjoy a fun Cathe step workout in the morning. I may even give Step Max a whirl!

If I do not check-in tomorrow night with a workout, please give me a firm kick in the butt!
