Today I slept in, them came to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork and light shoulder work(press, rear, front raise, side laterals), all done quickly using 12's for press, and rears, 8's for front raises and 6's for side laterals.
Now I am going home.
Nice workout Siobhan! Rest days are necessary.
