Hi Ladies,

Siobhan - If you would like to do a temp trade, I would be happy to loan you my Jari Revved to the Max. Maybe you have something I would be interested in trying. I have some of KCM's workouts also, but I didn't like here newest stuff. I did like her 30 minutes to Fitness workouts, but most of those I did in temp trades and do not have myself.

Today was cardio - I felt like dancing so I did Patrick's Dance Remix, and I jog in place while he marches. The hour flew by, I have to admit. I then added on Ab hits ( Planks and Supermans).
 
Hi Ladies - Can you believe its Thursday already? Today its cardio for me - TJ Cardio Party - cant wait.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS disc 13 - i jumped onto hypertrophy - i was almost finished muscle endurance but... i prefer heavier weights (although every STS workout is great I find).

Then I did Hiit 40/20 and then I did Stotts pilates - core challenge. now i have to drink some red wine and eat whatever DH is making.

Conni - I love the idea of temp trades. And it's so nice of you to consider it. That said, I am not sure I am a good candidate. Firstly, I live in Canada. Secondly, I have a terrible track record with the local library. I always owe them money (ALWAYS) and.... one day, back in grade 9, Mr. Rabb asked me in front of the whole class if I was trying to start my own library, I had so many books overdue. Right now I have someone's yoga manual I haven't returned either....... . Seems I haven't changed much since grade 9.

I sound unreliable don't I? gawwwwsh.
