Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Rippedism Bi/tris/cardio interval workout + TT2 - 2 X 4 minute tabata blasters. I added on Cathe HR stretch. I miss my Cathe workouts. No one is as fun as Cathe for me. I will have to figure out how to mix her in with what I am doing.

Sandy - amazing that you can workout late. I am in bed by 9pm most nights.
Elsie - I have MD by KCM if you want it. I do not use it - nor do I use Circuit Blast. I can mail them to you if you send me an email with your details on here. Good luck with your move. And I live in Toronto, in the west end but still in the city. I also work in the city.

Awesome workouts from us all yesterday whoa!!!! Annette - so dedicated and Henriette - I've got to check out H & C.

Today was Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickboxing the whole thing (cardio portion) which I had not done in a very long while. So I am drenched in sweat because the last combo is still on the learning curve because I usually end it before that point.

Turned out to be 70 minutes long and that was just the cooldown and no stretch.

Raining today.

Elsie - I ended up getting KCM Muscle Definition & Weights. 2 dvds for 25 euros incl. postage. Basically all KCM lifting dvds I have tried are good and I like having variation. Or maybe I am just a collector?

Today was meant to be rest day... But sitting still behind the pc all day and eating far from clean made me in need of some cardio, plus I know Fridays can be a tricky day to fit in a w/o. I did KCM 30min to Stepboxing combining w/o 1&2 for a 56min sweatfest. I am literally dripping! My ankles and feet are sore now, but for the rest I feel good. Hopefully I can stay awake for a little netflix tonight now that I managed my w/o before dinner.

Staying awake and energized at night after work, cooking/dinner and w/o can be very tricky!

Hi ladies, 10 p.m here, finished diner 10 minutes ago. This afternoon, at seven p.m more or less, I did Ice Metabolic total body plus the blizzard blast. These quick w/s where you do compound movements with the weights and very few pauses are a real challenge for me so I do not use heavy weights. I really loved this w/o and the final blast with the plyos, jumping jacks, air jacks really make it very very near to an advanced workout. From the Ice series I still haven't tried Chiseled lower body and To the Mat legs and glutes. So far I'm in love with this series.

Yay!! for getting some new dvds Henriette!! lol. Have fun with netflix. I am looking forward to Outlander starting next week!!

Today I have major DOMS from slow&heavy shoulders plus my rotatotor work from yesterday. Did a 50 min Pilates with foam roller and a 4 minute standing abs. Good day to get in abs, which I generally put off.
