Last evening: IMAX and stretch Max segment 1

Tonight is a scheduled rest day but since I had a forced rest day last week I think I will still do something but I will make it a short workout: Chest work and stretch.

Good Morning, everyone!

Yesterday was a gorgeous hot summer day of 85 degrees in my neck of the woods. Did some mowing, weeding and the likes thereof.
Went and did PUB last night afterwards. DH was asking for the Metamucil when I was in the middle of my workout and DS kept checking my form. x(

Today will be Aerobics with Gilad and I got to clean this house...it is a mess!

Hello, Everyone!

This morning was GS Chest/Tris. I have increased my weights in everything. I am very proud of myself. Can't wait to see the results. That includes all my weight work. My legs are very sore because of it. }( :) This afternoon will be a 5 mile run. Longer if the weather holds out.

Great Afternoon All,

did PS UB (all of it) this morning and I'm about to head out the door with son no. 1 for a 12K run. The forecast for this weekend is soooo bad (sleet&snow and stormy winds), that I've decided to do my long run today with only a stormy south-western wind to deal with. I'll be looking for a route with lots of protection from the wind, not sure if I can find one with this kind of wind though.

Last night I did KPC but I cheated a bit on the kicking and punching combos because I was soooooooo tired. So I didn't do all the building up, just the actual combos. And I skipped the abs.

Tonight will be MM and I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm off to order more Cathe!
 
Good morning ladies...finally I'll have the time for a good workout today! Things have been very hectic around here!!

I'm doing GS Legs, a 6 mile run, MM Chest & Back and then the core premix from BC plus Coremax tough abs...

Charlotte, I'll be cleaning house too...x(

Good morning to everyone!!

Today I am On Call at work from 11 am- 3 pm, so my workouts was at 6:30 am before breakfast
50 minutes of HIIT on my Spinning bike..(It was more like 30 minutes of HIIT, and the rest a regular spinning workout)I sweated buckets and buckets..LOL!!!!
Tonight will be:
P90X: YOga X...which I look forward to every week...Love it!!!

Did PUB (Down Only Premix) today. This was my first time doing this one and it was awesome! I'm certainly not up to using Cathe's weights yet, but I'm really not too far off. I can probably get to Cathe's level in a few months? Does that seem too ambitious?

Am I the only one who feels a little happy when Cathe starts grimacing in pain during the biceps segment? }(

I have another goal for myself now (as if being able to complete IMAX3 wasn't enough of a goal). I now want to be able to go those stability ball pikes. Those are TOUGH! I will feel like I've really accomplished something if I can do those. :)

Well, the wind was so bad I only ran 10K instead of 12K. But I feel pleased I managed that. It wasn't like my legs weren't up for it, I was mentally fed up with that wind at the end. Need to work on my mental focus I guess.

Had a fantastic run though, but I did have to take a pit stop right in the middle of a field with only a little tall grass to hide my fluorescent orange jacket and I was so hoping noone was around to see what I was doing :) :)

Hi again. I have done MM right now and I feel the muscles of my upper body so sore.The band in the kickbacks are great specially in the bonus challenge : the last frier 15 reps..}( }( I can't do Low Max. I am tired. I feel the days of inactivity.IToday I will do 30 minutes in my stationary bike.Tomorrow Low Max is on my schedule.See you tomorrow.

I just finished MM. I LOVE IT!!! (I know, I know, shut up already Shelley with the loving MM thing!)

I managed to up my weight for the biceps too, just to help those bicep veins along:)
 
Hey ladies! i know i have been absent alot lately, but i have been preoccupied:p i am still staying on my diet and am getting in workouts, but not six days a week lately. Too busy and not enough hours in the day!

tonight i did HSC. I love this one! i am near death the whole time, but i made it. then stability ball abs from PUB. love that one!
