Hi ladies,
Today was an 75 minute gym circuit consisting of exercises for bicep and triceps. Started with 20 pound preloaded barbell for 16 bicep curls, then 30 pounds for 12, and 40 pounds for 7.
Then dumbbells starting at 12.5 pounds for hammer curls, concentration curls and hammer with a twist, then did same with 15's and 20's but minus concentration curls.
Triceps with 10's, 12.5's and 15's for overhead, 1 arm and 2 arm and holding fat ends overhead and kickbacks with 10's and 12.5's.
Leg Extension machine 2 sets.
Sled with no weights strap pull backwards and over the shoulder pull, then added 1 45 and repeated.
Did the outer thigh machine before doing floorwork for abs,legs and glutes with a stretch.
