Blender- " Full Body Foam Roller Workout # 2- 20 min.
CrossRope app- "Ropeless Gentle Movement & Stretch" - 11 min.
YT-Scenic Jax- "Night-Time Treadmill Walk in St. John's Town Center, Jacksonville, Florida" - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm baaack! Today I did 2.0 single body part legs for I think about 45 minutes. This series is perfection for me. I reach for it over and over again.

Linda - sounds like you're having a cardio/recovery day today :)
Annette - we don't get bills here from doctors or hospitals but boy are the conservatives working hard to change that, sadly. Our health care system isn't the easiest to navigate either (on purpose to push us to private pay which really isn't permitted - it's getting confusing, actually)
Nicki - so glad to see you posting and edging closer to recovery
Nora - I hope you're able to get your workout in today :)

Hi ladies,

Today was an 75 minute gym circuit consisting of exercises for bicep and triceps. Started with 20 pound preloaded barbell for 16 bicep curls, then 30 pounds for 12, and 40 pounds for 7.

Then dumbbells starting at 12.5 pounds for hammer curls, concentration curls and hammer with a twist, then did same with 15's and 20's but minus concentration curls.

Triceps with 10's, 12.5's and 15's for overhead, 1 arm and 2 arm and holding fat ends overhead and kickbacks with 10's and 12.5's.

Leg Extension machine 2 sets.

Sled with no weights strap pull backwards and over the shoulder pull, then added 1 45 and repeated.

Did the outer thigh machine before doing floorwork for abs,legs and glutes with a stretch.

STS 2 as well.

Nice 75 min. gym day, Annette, for bi's & tri's, legs, sled & floorwork for abs,legs and glutes. Great "all-around" workout day!
 
Hello everyone:)

I read every post today, awesome workouts today ladies Bravo!:) I unfortunately did not workout today, it was a exhausting day I have not been sleeping well. I think I need to rest. Think this will be the start of my rest weekend. We've had some stressful days with estate business that has taken a lot of time following up matters for the estate. I'll be glad when this over at some point whenever that may be.
