Daily Check-in, Thursday, April 3,2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more T&D for 30 minutes (Dan only). It was like Cathe's 10/10/10 (does she have an updated 10/10/10?). It was so challenging and so fun. I was dying by the end.

Linda - enjoy your workout! I guess it was KCM and not Cathe yesterday
Annette - I hate that when our equipment won't do what we need it to do. You managed 30 minutes. Most would have given up :)
Nora - more Chalene this week for you. you must be moving through a program?
Nicki - good luck with the sale. I hope you get what your asking for or more!

Blender- "Biceps, Triceps, & Heavy Bag Boxing" - 25 min.
YT-Paul Eugene- "20 min. Bounce, Jog, Walk" Rebounder workout
YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Biceps & Jump Rope workout

Hi ladies,

Nice workouts so far.

Today was a bust, I went to the gym and 30 minutes into my workout my left arm/hand went dead and floppy. So at the advice of a friend I left and went to Urgent Care to be looked at. All is well, the Nurse practitioner thinks I aggravated a nerve in my cervical region of my back causing the deadening feeling in my arm.

Wants to treat the inflammation with ice, Voltaren creme and an oral steroid.

So that was my 'workout ', sigh. There has been no pain with this just a strange dead, floppy feeling in my forearm and hand.

Annette, that had to be scarey! So glad you went right away and it is not serious. Take it easy. How long will it take to heal?
 
I wasn't able to get in a workout today, but I put the April 2025 Cathe Rotation on my calendar starting tomorrow. I had an offer as I told you. I countered and they countered back. I did not accept it. So, here I go again! So stressful and frustrating. Hoping I can get it all behind me soon!

Annette - OMG! I think your friend gave you some good advice to go to urgent care and get checked out. Thank goodness nothing serious, phew! I'm so glad you are ok and can be treated with ice, Voltaren creme and an oral steroid. I hope all will be well A.S.A.P. Sending you healing prayers & well wishes. Have restful night;)

Nicki- Aww bummer. Hang in there, buying or selling a house is always a bit of back and forth. It's stressful, but its all good when it workout the way you want. Best of luck & hand in there.;)

oh, Marsha Hughes, I have done some of her workouts, not sandbag ones, but kettlebell
workouts, med ball, body bar, and I think a TRX workout. She's pretty good.
