Virtual Active- Indoor Cycling World Tour -Guided Tour- Washington State = 36 Min
LMRE2- Elevated Lower Body- Timesaver 1- No Step = 36 Min
Ab Hits- Workout #5- Slow & Heavy Chest, Back & Abs= 9 Min.............Great Choices as always!

Hi ladies,

Today I was back at the gym. I worked biceps and triceps with dumbbells from 10 pounds to 20 pounds, then did 2 leg machines. I did the sled with no weight pulling it backwards with the strap up and back and then strap over the shoulder forward pull up and back.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Ended up being 75 minutes but I guarantee you there were a lot of extended rests between sets and exercises. It did feel good to be back .

Annette- Yay she's back!!! I bet it felt so great to be cleared to lift weights again, awesome:) Wow, I see you did an awesome 75 min gym circuit today for Bi's & Tri's. I'm sure you were missing the sled so that was a must do with no weight pulling it backwards with the strap up and back and then strap over the shoulder forward pull up and back. Sounds fun to me! Then added on usual floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. You take as many rests as you need between sets, be safe. Glad you had a fun & challenging gym workout today, Yay! Bravo job well done! Have a wonderful evening;)
