Wow, I see you did an awesome 75 min gym circuit today for Bi's & Tri's. I'm sure you were missing the sled so that was a must do with no weight pulling it backwards with the strap up and back and then strap over the shoulder forward pull up and back. Sounds fun to me! Then added on usual floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. You take as many rests as you need between sets, be safe. Glad you had a fun & challenging gym workout today, Yay!
