Hi ladies,
Today was an 81 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 machines for back(the multi machine(25 on each side) and the rear delt machine doing 55, 45 and 40 kind of a pyramid down thing going on.
Then biceps were barbell preloaded at 20 for 15 reps, 30 for 10 reps and 40 for 6 reps. Then dumbbells for concentration curls with 15's, hammer with a twist with 15's, regular hammers with 15's, 20's, 25's, 30's and 35's.
Then the glute machine taking it to 60 pounds and then the inner thigh machine.
Then I did the sled very similarly to Tuesday's workout slight variations on weight used but still a very good cardio and strength segment.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus I did 2 sets of row with a twist using 6 pound dumbbells. And a nice stretch at the end.
I actually sweated during the sled segment which is hard to do for he here at the gym.
Nice workouts ladies. My reflux was better last night still didn't get to sleep very quickly but when I finally did I slept with no interruptions. I rearranged when I took my antacid which might have helped. I can only take so much of a certain kind due to my kidney issues.
