Good Thursday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Boho Beautiful Yoga/pilates workout for 53 minutes. It was more yoga than pilates. My toe was mildly re-injured doing Cathe's cardio the other day due to shoe pressure so I need to just keep my feet free for a few days.

I'm glad your internet is back up and working again Linda. That must have been frustrating.

YT-CatheTV- Light Intensity Workout- 35 min.
Hydrow-Journey- 5 min. Rowing on Apache Lake, Roosevelt, Arizona
Interval Timer App- 5 min. Weight Plate add-on

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a gym circuit, upper body weights(machines, dumbbells and cables), elliptical, and the lower body machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. 102 minutes long. No 2nd cardio today I am feeling this.
