Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did TT2 - a leg focused total body workout + my own 10 minute stretch.

I really didn't feel like working out today so I am glad to have done something.

Henriette - I am so sorry you are having such a struggle. I am guessing you have already ruled out dairy and wheat issues?

Have a great day everyone.

Hi All,

An early check in for me today.
I have never been tested for any intolerances... definitely not lactose. I LOVE milk and have drunk milk daily my whole life, so that seems very unlikely as it comes in bouts.

Now that I am checking in daily I am starting to really see how often I have problems with my stomach. I don't remember anything specific that is different this week from last and it could also be a combination of things. The doors were open at the basketball club when I was doing the timer during the game last Sunday, so perhaps I caught a chill. I have trained hard up to six days a week... I am a little stressed by the move end of the month and there are still viruses going around. I have also eaten more spelt bread the last few days... so I am laying off the bread and other super gluten rich stuff (though not planning on going completely gluten free). Today by lunch time I was feeling reasonable and needed a break from sitting at my pc so I did Max Hammer Strength before eating my lunch. It felt great to workout, but I still don't think I could have managed a cardio session. I hope I haven't made it worse now. I am never 100% sure what to do when I feel like this.... completely rest or just do what I feel okay doing. I guess the problem lies in not knowing what the cause is of my problems and therefore not knowing what will make it worse.

Have a good day everyone.

Hi gals,

Henriette, stomach ailments are never easy to deal with. Praying you find the culprit soon. Glad you got a workout in.

Today I did Kickboxing Bootcamp a circuit workout with Jeanette Jenkins.

Have a great day!

Henriette, stress, tiredness, viruses, little rest all contribute to stomach pain. If you feel like working out do so without overdoing. Food has also got a great importance, for example this week I did not eat any apples as a snack, which I usually do, because I had a whole pineapple to finish. I have never had any bloating which is something I always experience during working days when I eat apples as my mid morning snack. So I think sometimes we should listen to our bodies a little more. Hope you feel better soon.
Today I did Ripped with Hiit Hit it back biceps and shoulders. Hard one! Finished at about 9 p.m but so it is. Either I workout late or nothing. Take care my friends!
