Good Morning Fit Ladies!

I still have a cold, but I am going to attempt PS: C/S/T and CTX: AllStep cardio only. I have not been very nice to live with the last few days....I need my workouts.

Tammy I am sending anti-viral wishes to you and Wendy to send those cold germs far away! Nice workout plan, hopefully you canget through it with a box of tissues nearby.

Today is Yoga and optional cardio or freestyle legs. I may sneak in a round of golf instead of cardio and do legs & yoga afterwards to stretch.

Later today DD has a High school swim meet against a rival team. The parents are going to be great fans at this one. I'll be wearing my school colors for DD and cheering!

I did Lowmax and Coremax 1. I love Lowmax but hate doing it. Make sense? It was a great combination tho. I really feel worked.

Good morning everybody! :)

I did one hour yoga with Steve Ross this morning. I haven't done that in a while and it felt really nice, but I also notice I used to be more flexible, because I used to do it regularly. So, I think I'll make sure that I put this into my routine at least once a week.
I need to get a yoga mat though (extra long, because I am long ;-) ) because it doesn't work to good on carpet!

Tammy - I hope you feel better soon! I get grumpy too if I don't get to workout.

Judy - I love school sports like that it's soo much fun!

Suzanne - Wow, 100 push up plus and when heavy chest work good for you!

Kali - I love LowMax and I think I love doing it as well ;-) !

Great workouts going on, always. You guys never cease to amaze and motivate me.

Rest for moi today. Sprint intervals & rowing left my legs pretty tight. Added PP & CM2 at home. Feeling great though. I think I will listen to my body, give it some rest, and get back to speed on the weekend with DH.

Good morning!

Lowmax on the rotation today. I really didn't know if I could handle it, my legs are really starting to feel this rotation. Anyways, I did it, and it didn't kill me either! I only had time to do ab hits, not coremax, but it felt good anyways.

Morning.

Today is a circuit, x-tra cardio and possibly abs...not sure yet.
Decided to work abs 3 days per week for 20 minutes instead of 5-6 days a week for 10 minutes so I have more leeway.

Tammy-I know how ya feel with the cold...I just got over one!
Judy-Have fun at the swim meet!
Suzanne-Have fun with Imax! 100 p/u's!!? Holy cow!
Kali-I know what you mean about LM...it has a dread factor to it b/c of those darned blasts!
Kristine-I have never done yoga but I love pilates. It also increases your flexibility.

Hi good morning everyone. Tammy I hope you feel better soon. Yesterday I did the TJ cardio party nº 1, the TJ ab jam and 35 minutes in my stationary bike. Today I will do the lower body cardio blast premix of the low impact step /body sculping dvd, ab jam, the TJ 20 minutes workout and the PHH abs. Have a great day everyone.

Sandra...did the midwife help any in coaxing that little one out? You really are amazing still workoing out...:)

Laurie...this is only the 2nd time I have done HSTA...but I really do like it. It is quickly becoming a fav circuit..Glad your shins are better.

Tammy....I know what you mean about needing your workouts, I can get moody when I miss mine..:)

Judy...sounds like a great meet to watch! I hope DD does well..

Wendy...I always seem to change around my ab routine. it takes some time to see what works..

I am doing my Freestyle legwork, a 6 mile run, abs and then Shoulders, bi's and tri's.

Morning everyone!

I forced myself to do Bootcamp last night even though I really didn't feel like it, and I felt SO much better after!

Tonight is Imax Extreme.
 
Ok, someone asked me yesterday I do believe if there was a completion date for our renovation. Welll technically, you could say June since that will be a year since we took out the construction loan and you have a year to complete the work once you sign on the dotted line. BUT my dh would like to finish sooner because the sooner we finish the quicker we can convert the construction loan into a regular mortgage and hopefully get a low rate. That said with him working basically by himself ( I do help but I am not another man who knows what he is doing,LOL!!)the process is slow going. If we had a crew helping we would be done by now,sigh. Anybody have nothing on there agenda and be willing to come and help?!? LOL!! Plus we are trying to stay within our budget and you "know" how that goes.:eek:

Anyway I did the 37 min. premix off of KPC today using ankle weights. But my knee is hurting again and I didn't even do cardio yesterday (it started hurting last night) so I took an anti-inflammatory last night and this morning. My knee now hurts along with my hip and my thumb, I am just falling apart at the joints,LOL!!

Hello:

Yesterday I listened to my body and rested! Today I did PS legs and abs. I had never done that before. I didn't especially love this workout--the recoveries were so long. I kept thinking, "c'mon let's move this along!" I think what she did in 64 minutes back then, she would do in about 45 now. But as much as I prefer other workouts, my legs are pretty fried. I think that's because why she was talking, I kept lunging/squatting etc.

Read on another post that Cathe does not expect to even start filming the new workouts until November. I was hoping to have them by then. :-( :-(

I taught 2 classes at the gym today, barbell class then flexible strength. My upper body and back especially is feeling really strong lately and I beefed up my weights during the class. I think the members liked seeing me stuggle to finish bicep work, pain shared is decreased right!!:)

I had a crummy, restless sleep last night so I'll take a nap with Oprah in a bit, I think Jon Bon Jovi is on, how come he gets better looking every year!

Sandra is conspicuous by her absence, our fingers are crossed that the announcement of Baby Girl's safe arrival is imminent!

This morning, I did BC only once, I had to run to a meeting, I may do it a second time this evening if time permits.

I'm still here, but due to an awful bout of insomnia last night, I ended up napping away my entire morning, and didn't do my workout. I had a nice long walk to, through, and back from the mall this afternoon, so at least the legs got stretched a little bit.

We started to get our hopes up yesterday that Baby was going to arrive soon, but that no longer appears to be the case. She'll get here one of these days, I know. "They" say you can't be pregnant forever.....

Tammy - I hope your workouts today improved your mood. I understand exactly where you're coming from.

Judy - the swim meet sounds like fun!!

Suzanne - you go! Nice to see you enjoying your workouts so much!

Kali - love those icons! Woohoo! And I think I understand what you mean about LowMax.

Foodie Sue - PS Legs is my least favourite leg workout of Cathe's, and I think you hit the nail on the head. It seems to drag on and I get bored quickly. Having said that, it does do a great job on the muscles!

Laurie - I hear you about Bon Jovi! I think I'll tune into Oprah this afternoon.......

Logos - you sound apologetic for only doing BC once LOL!!!! That's an accomplishment in itself!

Hello all. Yesterday was Low Max and today was IMAX 2. I hate to say this, but I just don't seem to have to love for Low Max that everyone else does. I mean it works my legs out alright, but I miss the cardio. I just never really feel that worked out after I do it. Does anyone else feel this way???

Hello everybody.... late checkup but my day has been really messed up. Had to drive to DD's and take her to Urgent Care at 6:30 this morning. She went numb and weak on her left side and called me freaking out. By the time I got down there, she had a blinding headache. The doctor diagnosed a migraine and gave her an injection. She is doing better this evening. She just hates she had to take a sick day in her first month of teaching but it couldn't be helped.

I did LowMax and CM#1 today

Tomorrow will be PLB and Ab Hits #11.

Sandra - bless your heart.... hang in there.... another week and they'll have to start thinking about inducing you so the end is in sight, but I know you want it sooner than later!!
