today was No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Michaels zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz - IMO. This workout quickly reminded me of why I stopped using it. Her style does not resonate with me even though I think it's not a bad workout. This one goes to the bottom of the pile until next year.
Today my DH and DD's are heading north for the night to meet with our neighbours. But 'cos I've had to use all holidays to do my practicum, I have no time off until next year so I can't go. sniff sniff. They haven't even left and I miss them already.

Hi everyone! Checking in from vacation. Just finished an intense hotel room workout. I'm dripping. 20 sec of work 10 sec rest 8 exercises. Repeated three times for 12 min workout. I alternated high knee jump rope with mt. Climbers, burpees, commando push ups and dancing crabs.
