Good morning,

This morning I did Power Hour. Oh, Power Hour, how I've missed you! That's such a great workout!

Wendy - how's the stomach today? I hope you didn't have another bought of illness yesterday. I love that premix of SJP. But then, I love all the workouts on that dvd :)

Katie - that is very frustrating!! Obviously something is wrong, and you need to know what it is! I'm appalled that your doctor didn't even remain in the room long enough to answer your questions. I'm in the same position with my ob/gyn, so I'm switching, too. I hope you get some answers soon!

Jes - that's not the first time you've fallen asleep during a workout! You're working too hard, my friend.

Tammy - Good work on HSC!! I agree with you about the music, too!

Laurie Mac - Yay! Your winning streak is still intact! Go Team Paragon Go!! (I have not had a flash of inspiration regarding your cheer yet).

Last night my 4 year old daughter came downstairs about 20 minutes after I put her to bed. She informed me, with some pride, that she'd made her bed, so she wouldn't have to make it in the morning! She slept on top of her covers all night. Kids are funny.

feeling a little better today...just finished Supersets & coremax 1. Not quite up to doing KPC yet....I sure feel a little better about myself today.

Morning all! This morning was LowMax. I like this workout, but I guess I'm just a cardio junkie because I miss all the jumping around.

Today my office is having a pot luck. Oh give me strength. I brought something, but wasn't planning to eat anything myself. Even brought my own lunch and snacks to eat today, but after seeing all the food people are bringing in my willpower is diminishing.

Sandra - I already made an appt. to have my annual with my previous doctor. I feel much better about it. I still have to have the kidney stones checked out though.:(

Today, I ran, not really sure how far or long, but I was run-ning.;) (gotta love Forrest Gump!) I was just having a good time sharing good conversation with my daughter. It was at least 35 minutes, though. Great fun!!!!:7

Hello:

Today was 1 hour elliptical following a Kickbox class of 30 minutes. I was so sweaty in the class because the ehat was on and there was no fan. UGH! Are they trying to kill us? Later, will be GS floor legs and maybe some kickmax conditioning drills. I have this aversion to KickMax so I thought I would give the drills at least another try.

Hey ladies! today is PLB for me. i didn't do legs yesterday and i quit on the May rotation. i part for day is just not my gig. gotta go get my roots done now though. i will do my workout tonight!

Jes, I'm so jealous you're getting your roots done. Right now I look a bit like white trash:p

I forgot to mention that tonight I'm doing ME. After I put up two curtain rods, hang curtains, clean two bathrooms and put away laundry.
 
Dutchie, I hope you have a much better day tomorrow and that your knee is ok.

I did PUB Back, then did PSSL&A abs only then for cardio did Reebok's Power Blast circuit training tape (that uses no weights). Nice workout. Trying for variety this week.:D It is another beautiful day today, yesterday I laid in the sun and it was very nice!!:D :7

Hi again. My workout is done. I have done the TAEBO ultimate bootcamp workout and the kicking and punching drills of CK. I had a very fun workout. The ultimate is my favorite TAEBO bootcamp workout. Have a great day everybody.

I did ME tonight.

Then I installed a curtain rod and hung curtains, cleaned up the room that I painted this week (which looks FAB), ate a bowl of cereal, and now I'm off to clean the darn bathrooms.

well, i had a helluva day! i ran the roads for ever.....then i finally made it home about 7pm and fixed dinner and now i have just completed PLB. i yawned the whole way through it but i got it done!! now i'm starving again:p

Great workouts today fitness divas!

Shelley: do you eat cereal for dinner everynight, or just when SO doesn't cook? :9 i needed my roots done in the worst way. they were 1/2 in grown outx( i m a natural blonde, but i have hightlights and lowlights and so my blonde isn't a match. looks pretty funny.

Sandra: i just have no freakin' gumption before noon. it's sad but true. i hope Cateh doesn't plan workouts too early for the trip. :eek: i don't kow how you ladies get up so early. your workouts are getting impressive again! Good for you!
