Goooood Morning all,

First of all, thank you ladies for thinking of me yesterday. I am OK again. But didn't really feel up to working out in the AM as I usually do and later that afternoon things kept popping up...

This morning I did my first 7AM run. I did my extra 3K run that I'm adding to my running schedule. This time I ran 10min and walked 1 minute. Feels really odd to be walking, but got to be careful! I ran around my own neighbourhood. I thought it would be like 5K to go all round the edge, but it was only 3.5K. My little world is even smaller than I thought :D

Then I had a quick shower, took the car to the garage and skated home (about 5.5-6.0K) When I got home I checked my cell phone and the garage allready called that I could pick the car up again. Darn! Well I had breakfast first, then headed back. As I was coming down a bridge I was looking at the ducks on my left instead of paying attention to where my skates were going and I tripped on a little heap of sand and almost fell. The weird movement I made to keep my balance hurt my knee x( We'll see how it is tomorrow. They fixed the car and it didn't cost me a thing (this time).

Anyways, after burning 659cals already I am finally enjoying my morning coffee (11:15 AM) and still have GS-UB to do. But first I will do some serious stretching, cause man, my hamstrings are tight!! Then I will study for a few hours.

Good morning everyone.

I did SJP premix #2 (step & weights) yesterday afternoon. Never did that premix before I don't think. I liked it. It's about 45 minutes long. It was just what I needed.

Hi Dutchie,
Glad your lower GI is feeling better, sorry to hear about your knee. Those ducks will get you all the time...a major highway near here came to a standstill the other day to let a family of ducks slowly cross LOL...gotta love those baby ducks.

Wendy: I can't believe you are still going. Way to go!!!

Last evening: Powermax (my new favorite) and during the day got out for a 2 mile walk with a colleague. Just discovered a wooded walking trail near work. That will come in handy when I have 30 minutes to escape (not very often , LOL)

Tonight: forced rest day as I have to go into NYC for a buisness dinner after work and won't get home until 11 PM or later.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Garden Max most of the day. Got in some good cardio, I should say. It got mighty hot here and had to deal with these bee from hell that wouldn't leave me alone. LOL

Today will be PUB and Core Max such and such.

Dutchie- glad your feeling better.

Wendy- I know you have tattoo's, and you should get one that says "BEAST"!

Cathy- We got some ducks here too. So I know what you mean. So cute.

Good Morning All!

C&W for me today. I did HSC yesterday and I could still walk when I finished the workout! Last time I did HSC (the only other time I did it) I had to crawl out of the basement. I am really impressing myself this week! My endurance has really increased. The music in HSC rocks - best of the series.

Dutchie: I hope your knee is okay. Isn't it amazing that one small movement the wrong way can have such an impact on your joints? EGADS!

Wendy: Girl, you are just amazing. I worked out during my third pregnancy, but stopped about 2 weeks prior to delivery.

Charlotte: Enjoy your workouts today...great choices.

Sandra: Just about the only part of KickMax I like are the warmup and the leg conditioning drills - great job!

I worked very hard to get into a routine and to lose weight. I have been dedicated to my exercise regime for 3 years now and I guess I'm petrified that I will lose my motivation with lack of activity. I know I will have no choice but to stop post delivery but until that happens there is something inside me pushing me to do SOMETHING until the very end....

In addition, now that I am on maternity leave...I have so much more time to myself (and it won't last too much longer! lol), so I want to take advantage of that and do something for ME!:)

Good morining everyone!

I did MM Lower Body premix only and Abs Hits. It wasn't a very long workout, but I can feel that my legs sure got a really good workout.

Dutchie - Hope you are doing ok with you knee

Wendy - Watch it, I am telling you the baby will pop out while you are doing Plyo Jacks :)

Charlotte - I really like the picture of you smiling :)

Tammy - Isn't it really nice, if you suddenly notice such improvements in strength and endurance :)

I hope that everyone has a really good workout or rest day!

EDIT: I forgot to post my workouts.My workout yesterday was a *great* TM interval run. I used incline the whole time 5.0% on the faster segments (7.5-8.0 pace ) and 3% on the slower segments (9.5 pace). It was a great challenge, and I completed it. Yey!
Today is either circuit or total body weights. I'm not sure yet.

I like your new picture. See, I am even smiling for ya! Couldn't really see much of you in the other one as you were hidden under too much clothing and sunglasses. LOL.
Your calves are huge! You look very strong, but that doesn't surprise me as I know how hard you work.

Can you believe my calves used to be even bigger than that? They lost about 1.5 inches in like 18 months. It's all muscle now, so I doubt they'll get much smaller. That's genetics and running for you.

Dutchie - I have big calves too. Hereditary. Someone complimented me on them the other day, but I HATE them.x(

Last night I did KM Bootcamp premix and KPC stability ball abs. Love those pikes!

Shelley, I don't like them much either. Wear a short skirt and those big balloons are right in your face. So I only wear jeans.

Morning Everyone,

Last night I did A-Jock's Leg Sculpting Circuit Mish-Mosh, what a great w/o. And the best part about it is I could finish it without ending up gasping for breath.

We won our game last night also. The other team didn't even show up. Guess they didn't want to run around the soggy field, or they just didn't want to play against our talent. LOL :7

Love all the new pics of everyone.

Tonight will be Taebo Get Ripped, Cardio Kicks Power Drills, and Kickmax Leg Drills.

Dutchie-sorry to hear about your knee. Take it easy. My knees have been bothering me a lot lately but not from an almost fall. I thinks it's years of working out or age! Frustrates me:(

Wendy-You are an inspiration to all of us whether pregnant or not! You are like the energizer bunny. You keep going and going....:)

Charlotte-I like the new pic. You are so defined and toned!

Well I hope everyone has a great day! Today I am doing ME and treadmill. I wound up doing imax yesterday as it ws on fittv and I tivod it. I like it a lot but it does kill my knees with some of the plyo moves!
