Goooood Morning all,
First of all, thank you ladies for thinking of me yesterday. I am OK again. But didn't really feel up to working out in the AM as I usually do and later that afternoon things kept popping up...
This morning I did my first 7AM run. I did my extra 3K run that I'm adding to my running schedule. This time I ran 10min and walked 1 minute. Feels really odd to be walking, but got to be careful! I ran around my own neighbourhood. I thought it would be like 5K to go all round the edge, but it was only 3.5K. My little world is even smaller than I thought
Then I had a quick shower, took the car to the garage and skated home (about 5.5-6.0K) When I got home I checked my cell phone and the garage allready called that I could pick the car up again. Darn! Well I had breakfast first, then headed back. As I was coming down a bridge I was looking at the ducks on my left instead of paying attention to where my skates were going and I tripped on a little heap of sand and almost fell. The weird movement I made to keep my balance hurt my knee x( We'll see how it is tomorrow. They fixed the car and it didn't cost me a thing (this time).
Anyways, after burning 659cals already I am finally enjoying my morning coffee (11:15 AM) and still have GS-UB to do. But first I will do some serious stretching, cause man, my hamstrings are tight!! Then I will study for a few hours.
