Finally the weekend is looming closer!

Today the rotation calls for the Cardio DM timesaver but I believe I'll bump these workouts up on days that I can... I'm going to do the Ultra Cardio from DM (62 minutes). LIC abs are on there too.

I have a run on tap for today but I've come down with a cold so I'll play it by ear. I may take my rest day early this week instead.

I'm resting today too. I was due for B&G premix. Hmm, I always find myself having unexpected rest days when I'm due for B&G!!!

Do you gals normally WO 6days/wk? I aim for 6, but most weeks I only get 5.

Hi Phyllis. Yes, I've been a 6 day week gal for a long time now. I am addicted! LOL I usually do cardio every day as well but as of late, I have been trying to cut that back by atleast ONE day a week. ;)

Today was LIC timesaver cardio, but I subbed Seasun's Straight Up Step, and then BC core premix.

It is snowing here to beat the band. I really hate snow!x(

Dear Becky,

I hope your back is feeling better, and, at least, I have a diagnosis which I am doing my best to take care of. I have to get back to the doctor for more blood work to see how much of an improvement there is, but that will be tough with the holidays coming. I know how you feel, Becky, getting all those great workouts and not being able to do them. I doubt very much I am up to BodyMax this weekend.

Phyllis, thank you so much for your kind works, and I hope everybody else is doing well. It looks as if you are getting great workouts.

I gave my car to my daughter so she is can back and forth to school, and it is a long story. I am divorced, and, at least, her father is paying for a nursing school, but he won't provide her with even a cheap car. This is coming from a man who earns over $200,000 a year. So I am walking everywhere plus doing my workouts.

Tuesday night, I overdid it taking an hour of step, and hour of a total body workout and half an hour of kickboxing. Last night I did an hour of advanced power step in my gym. Today wonderful boyfriend Dirk is coming over early, and he is taking me to get my Christmas tree; I love having a real one. I may take a rest day if it proves too much to be trimming the tree and making it look beautiful.

I did a very wimpy workout, various leg and ab work to the grand total of 22 min. Between a migraine and just not being into it today at least I did something. sigh.
 
Oh my... y'all have me scared now!! I'm going to do the the Ultra Cardio DM premix but am giving myself permission to stop at 47 minutes (which is the length of the timesaver that is on the rotation) if I need to.

Conni... DH will give you the address if it's needed! :eek:
 
I did it... it actually wasn't that bad... the only time I had a "what was I thinking" moment was on the forward jumps and bounding.. three rounds of that is enough but six... }( }(
