Daily Check-In Thursday 10/27

Happy Friday Eve!!!

Good Morning! Missed yesterday's check-in but I did 30 minutes of Intensity followed up by some LB work. Today is 30 minutes on the treadmill followed by more LB work.

Today I did 5/6 drills from Drill Max. Ran outta time. I still like that workout. It used to be my go to workout.

Have a great day everyone. I missed checking in yesterday. Always tired on Wednesdays after a late night at the agency.

Good morning ladies - Today it's 45 min of Zumba for me. It's a Zumba spooktacular event. I'm wearing my hip scarf nothing too crazy for me. Cant wait, I need some fun.

Hi ladies,

DH had a dr. appt. this morning, then had x-rays - kind of strange though, the x-ray department was all dressed up for Halloween. DH didn't feel really secure having his x-ray taken by a clown...

Anyways today was Cathe Hiit 40/20, 100 crunches, and Streamlined Stretch 30 minutes with Karen V.
