Good morning Phyllis and others,

Today will be PS floorlegs and abs. Maybe some bike work, but don't know if I can get it in. I have to buy something for a banquet tomorrow night for work and to tell you the truth I don't want to go but friends would kill me!

I just woke up...EGADS! I'm going to try GS floorwork, CM#1 and StepWorks. My Thursday work hours were changed, so I have lots to do before I have to go to work.

Phyllis: GS Chest is very tough...especially after all those push-ups!

Kim: Great workout...PS legs is tough!

Wendy: Wow! No wonder your arms look so amazing!

I am still feeling terrible today - my throat is killing me - but it's not so bad to justify skipping my leg work. So, Leaner Legs it is (I already feel like crap, so why not?!)

Wendy - what rotation are you following that you are punishing yourself with?

Good Morning Fitties!!!:)

Yesterday turned out to be my rest day. I did TBS #1 and that's all!
Eating was baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!

So today I'm starting fresh & making a big effort to stay away from the jelly beans,cheetos,(BAKED, at least) ice cream sandwiches, peanuts.....well you get the message!:p

This morning I did PS shoulders, MIS shoulders & MIS abs and StepMax!
It is verrrrry humid this morning and I am dripping in sweat!!!!

Time for a protein smoothie and shower!!!

Good morning!

Today is supposed to be Lowmax, but I'm itching to go outside instead. Yesterday was an indoor workout, and I just didn't have time to squeeze in the extra cardio I wanted.

Enjoy your workouts everyone! I haven't done any of the GS in awhile, and they're coming up in the rotation next week. I'm rubbing my upper chest just thinking about those push ups, and clinching my backside (sorry if tmi :)) just thinking about that floorwork!

Good morning everyone -

I think I'll give Leaner Legs a go today, too. And then add on some floorwork from PLB. Abs if I have time, but I think I may need a stretch more.

It's all rainy today, so instead of going outside for a walk at lunch, I think I'll go upstairs and investigate the fitness center. I've been thinking about joining so I can use their elliptical trainers.
 
Good morning. Sounds like everyone has kick butt workouts for the day. I am planning on SH legs and shoulders today. I realized yesterday that I need to buy heavier dumbells!! Exciting, and a little frightening!

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday was my first day with cathe. I loved it. Hard but great. I am determined to lose 20 pounds and cathe is going to get me there. I did timesaver #1. I plan on going #2 today.

Phyllis...it can be tough upping the weights for all the chest work in GS. I will try for heavy for the 1st set and lower for the 2nd and 3rd set, and eventually getting the heavy weight for all 3 sets...if this makes sense..:)

Today was Rob Glick Hi/lo Fusion, perfest for a day that I didn't want to jump around like a maniac, and Bodymax ab hits.

Morning Ladies,

No workout last night. I had planned on doing PUB, but when I got home I ended up cleaning out my storage area which way overdue. Man oh man, it took me 3 hours to do, when I finished I was pooped, lifting boxes and up and down the stairs.

Once I finally got into my bed I watched Low Max its’ a masterpiece for sho. I am for certain that this workout is going to be on my top ten of all my favorites Cathe’s workouts. I loved it ABSOLUTELY loved it. I slept in this morning, if everything goes well tonight I’m planning to do PUB.

A few days ago which was Monday my baby sister had a complete hysterectomy, and she’s only 35. About a month ago they found a tumor in her uterus the size of a six month old baby, can you believe that, that’s off the hook, lord help me I pray. As I said before it is always SOMETHING always. What the #$#@ Please keep praying for us. Have a bless day.

Good Morning! Busy thread already, it's just after 9:00 a.m. here! Nice change this morning, I did some power yoga (45 minutes) followed by LG standing work and KPC abs and stretch. It was a really nice work out, not my usual sweatfest but very good. The upside of the disgusting gas prices is I'm riding my bike to work these days.

Phyllis, brutal is RIGHT, those pushups speak for themselves!

Kim enjoy your workout, I bet you'll end up having fun at the banquet! I'm bad for talking myself out of these things too. :)

Hi all, I did Billy's Cardio Bootcamp with ankle weights and weighted gloves (and I am very sore from yesterday's weight workout) and I DID THE WHOLE WORKOUT!!!! YIPEE FOR ME!!! :7 I managed to make it all the way through without stopping!!!:D

Your prayers are working so keep 'em coming,LOL!! I can still use them.

Teaching 2 circuit training classes today - the one at 5:15PM is iffy because people are starting to skip after work classes to go outside. If I don't have and second class, I'll probably go outside and walk.

Push-ups day today, also.
