Good Morning Phyllis,

I agree with you on Power Hour....it's a FRYER!!

Today is a 30 min. leg workout for me. Lots of calf raises (150), LCD's from KM and PLB stability ball work. Think I'll add a ride on my stationary bike to that.:p

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today for me will be SH Biceps and IM#3. Today is my late day at work (I don't start until 12:30), so after working out I'll also tackle some CleanMax and LaundryMax.

Phyllis: PH is definitely a tough workout.

Sandra: 10 hours of sleep! A girl after my own heart. You have had an exhausing few months. Enjoy your cardio today.

Heather: CTX is just a great series. I use it so much I just leave it in my DVD player...Keep up the good work!

Phyllis: I recently did PH's U/B work as a part of the rotation I just commpleted. It's a fryer for sure!}(

Becky: 150 calf raises!? YIKES! My calves are weak...I could never do that unless I stretched it out over DAYS!:p

Tammy: IM3...it's pure evil!;)

So my rotation is done and now I am going to take a rest day today. For about the past week I have been feeling sore/achey and more tired than usual by evening. I have been pushing extra hard in most of my work outs as of late and think my body has finally had enough and is screaming for a rest. I plan to just take Joey out for a leisurely stroll today. :)

Maybe I should use my "work out time" today to ATTEMPT to figure out what kind of rotation I will do next. Lord knows this is NEVER an easy decision for indecisive me!:p

I haven't decided for sure, but I am thinking cardio and weights today. Want to do my WO in about 5 minutes, so I can really relax during the boys nap time. Or possibly nap myseelf!!!

I woke up this a.m. at the usual time, but just couldn't get out of bed. I laid there for 25 min. telling myself to take a rest day, telling myself to do my workout later in the day, telling myself to haul my a** out of bed and get to work. So finally I decided I would just get out of bed and do my shoulder work for the day. I stayed in my pjs and went down and did GS sh, and by then I decided since I was already there, I would do CM#2. And then I decided since I was already there, I would do Step & Intervals. So, I got my whole workout in and never admitted to myself that I was doing it!


Phyllis - I love, love, love Power Hour! Have fun!

Becky- you have an intense workout day planned. Good luck!

Wendy- I also struggle with picking rotations, I never seem to be able to stick to one.

Tammy - I need to do some Clean Max today as well!

Good morning everyone! I'm so happy to see the sun!!

My upper body is sore from the Kick Punch Combos yesterday. I didn't think I was getting in that much of a workout yesterday, but boy was I wrong.

Even though I don't like the Kickmax WO as much as the others, I decided to do the Timesaver premix and get in some lower body today. I figured my upper body was already sore, so what the heck. I'll probably regret it tomorrow.

Morning all,

Yesterday was Step Blast. I was able to make it through the entire workout (struggling though). My legs were already sore from the day before but it was worth it.

Today will be SJP. YEA! I think I am starting to see a change in my legs. Very exciting.

Good Morning Ladies, I bit the bullet and replaced some more of my Cathe VHS with DVD so today I mish moshed all of Circuit Max with Cardio Kicks 'finished product' cardio and drills. Funny but all of a sudden I am loving sequential power kicks!}( :7

Phyllis, good job on PH!

Becky, calf work bites so quickly, mine are burning just thinking about than many raises!

Tammy sounds like a jam packed day, hope it's a good one:)

Wendy, a leisurely stroll sounds perfect!

Meaghan, CW is one of Cathe's funnest (yeah, I know it's not really a word:p) workouts!

Phyllis - PH is a terrific workout.

Tammy - It's amazing how good a solid night's sleep can make you feel. Great workout you have planned for today!

Wendy - enjoy your well-deserved rest day.

Maeghan - CW is fun, fun!

Tracy - LOL! I love your strategy. So, did you do the cardio workout in your pj's, too?

Hannah - SB and SJP are two really fun workouts. I usually sing along to Breakfast at Tiffany's, during the static lunges; I just can't resist.

Laurie - I really enjoy the sequential power kicks in Cardio Kicks, but can't say that I like them at all in KM :) Did you pick up any of the Cathe VHS's that were selling for $9.95 by CK Sales? I was going to buy a few, but waited too long and they sold out immediately. You snooze, you lose, I guess.

Any who, I slept in this morning, a little tired from all the cleaning I did last night. Therefore, I did not get my evening workout in, argh....I hate that, but my appartment was a wreck x(

But, know this, tonight I am planning a kick butt workout Imax 2 and Muscle Max :p :p ouch! Have a good day.

Good morning ladies,
I am going to try the cia all cardio camp workout. It is a lot like Cathe's and I have heard it is SUPER intense, so I am looking forward to that today. I am so excited about tomorrow. My husband and I are going to Monterey for 2 nights WITHOUT the kids. My girlfriend is going to stay with my 3 girls. My husband and I haven't had a night alone for 7 years. I am so looking forward to it. Have a super day folks.

Hey Sandra, x( on the loss of you long message:) It's funny how moves and workouts grow on us, or maybe we grow into them. I didn't like KickMax at first but I really like it now. Sounds like your workouts are back to full intensity, good on you!!!! I didn't pick up any Cathe VHS but got a couple of FitPrime, some Janis Saffell and Karen Voigt's fitness circle workout. Nice to have new stuff but like everyone else, I'm jonsin' for some new Cathe!

Hope all of the unpacking and organizing is going well. Nice that there isn't the time pressure on undoing all of the packing!:)

This morning I did Pyramid Upper body and then Step Jam. I'm also biking a total of 40 minutes to get my daughter to and from school (8 x 5min).

I was very pleased that I managed to do all the biceps with 15 lbs at the top of the pyramid...this was the first time I managed this feat.

Step Jam seemed easy...I haven't done it in a very long time. It was bizarre having the choreography broken down so much. Although it was good Cathe kept telling me to focus as I was getting tired and needed the reminder.

Good evening everybody!!

Today was pushmowing day. DH was home and he moved the front yard and one side yard with the riding mower while I pushmowed the back yard and the other side yard. I was done in 55 minutes. (It came up a terrible storm just 15 minutes after we got done, so I'm glad we were both working on it!!)

I then came in and did abs from All Step and Power Hour.

Off to the showers and a little relaxing time before time.
 
Daily Check-in

I did Power Circuit for the first time late tonight. I am not an evening person, but I am determined to stick with my rotation. I also look forward to enjoying a rest day every Friday. I was tired, but I pushed myself through it. I cannot imagine how people exercise at night on a regular basis. I am a morning girl all the way. The workout is great though. I love the floor aerobics with all the triples and turns. The kickboxing circuits are fun too. All in all, Cathe kicked my butt again. Hopefully, this one will not wipe me out as much when I do it in the morning next time. Yes, my chest is sore tonight. My biceps are still a little sore too. My triceps are better though! Something different hurts every day. That is the joy of the CTX Series!
