Daily check in Thurs May 11

I pushmowed my yard (green acres is more like it, sheesh...) 2 hours and 13 minutes and 896 calories!! I didn't just walk behind the motor, I put some muscle behind it and moved it along a little faster. According to my HRM, I stayed in the 130's to 140's which really gave me a fantastic calorie burn.

I must have been half asleep this morning when I posted another leg w/o!! After all that glute and leg work with the pushmower, my upper body needs some attention. I am going to do a short premix of some short of UB w/o..... then call it a day.
 
Hi everyone!

My back is starting to feel better. I walked for a bit today on the treadmill and then stretched out on my stability ball.

I'm hoping to work up a sweat tomorrow with IM#1....I'll see how my back feels in the morning.
 
Thanks Jane...and I will be careful...I think I learned my lesson this time about not letting my body heal....OUCHIES!
 
Good Evening girls!

So I did the warm up and push ups from gsc&t and then the upper body and ab work from power hour this morning. All I can is is WHOAH! After doing the 72 push ups in GSC&T I had to do EVEN MORE push ups in PH which, ofcourse, I had forgotten were in there...and THEN do chest presses and flies! OMG...can anyone say OUCH!?!:eek: }( :eek: LOL OMG I was on ***FIRE*** by the time it was over. GREAT COMBO!!!

Tommorrow I am hoping to get cardio in as I can breath today...and that, as you know, is KEY to a cardio work out!:p

Hi! It's the end of the day and I'm finally sitting down at the computer. Today I did IMAX2 1-5, CoreMax #1 (my feet are sooo close to levitating), and TBS #1. Great workout. I had an abundance of energy today and had to force myself to stop the cardio after the 5th interval.

Thank you to everyone who mentioned my cat yesterday. I've never lived in a cat-free house, and really find myself missing her.

Becky and Pamela - thank you for the warm house wishes! I still can't believe I get to live here!

Tammy - yay! Your back is feeling better! Enjoy your workout "to the max" tomorrow!
