Today is UB from 4DS LIS/HIS. I think I'll add in a walk !

Happy Thursday. My Friday - since DH went on 4-10's.;-) :7 :7

Yesterday was good for me eating wise, we were at the pool most of the day;-) Whats hard is when we are home and the kids are having their "nosh" and I want to join in!LOL

Anywhoo, today is HIIT on the treadmill and B&G stability ball abs.

Well, I managed a good workout and my weight dropped this morning so I am happy.

Today I did one exercise off of S&H for triceps and biceps then did my own shoulder exercise (side lateral raises sitting), then I did abs off of Body Max. Plus for my shot of cardio I did a Taebo Amp. workout off of On Demand Exercise TV which was surprisingly good for only 16 min. long.

Soo I got cardio, weights and abs in today and that is good. Now to go lay in the sun, since I mopped the bathroom floor yesterday,LOL!! I deserve a break.
