G'morning!

Rest day today. There is a little DOMS kicking in from C/T adn that's OK! My body needed a break.

Jane, I've been doing 6wo/week insted of 5 for the last 2 wks. Remember that I mentioned that I was having difficulty doing that? Maybe that is why I'm seeing and feeling some results this rotation.

Heather, where are you?

Wendy, so what's your plan now? Climbing Mt Everest maybe? ;)

Tammy, DS decison yet? I'm not sure why we bother filling out the FAFSA as we're getting diddly squat!

Beavs - did "Buttercup" get you moving? :)

Today is fun day!!! IMAX2!! along with 10 minutes of Ab Hits.

Phyllis - it is all about mixing it up and changing our routine to keep the body responding. I'm glad we are seeing benefits with this rotation.

Hi Phyllis & Jane! :)

Today is GS legs , which of course I will skip and sub my own thing.
Not sure what yet. On these days I wish I had iballet or the Squeeze workout. I hesitate with iballet though because I think I need to SEE my workout, (like on dvd) unless I am working out on a TM or bike. Maybe they will come out with dvd's for it ??

Have fun with Imax2 Jane and Phyllis, way to go ! I really do feel I've gained some strength with this rotation. I need to make a note of it.

I feel bad telling Phyllis and the rest of you that I didn't get to do cardio & weights. After the headlight fiasco and another trip to the auto parts store (@$#!@$@##) I was left with little time for a workout so I squeezed in Tracey Staehle's High Intensity Kickbox Challenge. Tonight I will be short of time as well so I'll squeeze in the sculpt portion of that same workout. So....I'm looking forward to some good workout this weekend when I have some dang time ;-)
 
Oh Beavs......Life gets in the way sometimes!:p It's happened to all of us.

In fact, after saying I was working hard to eat healthy yesterday, I had another disasterous day of eating !!! Too much and unhealthy junk food. Not a vegetable to be seen !!!:eek: :( I don't know what the deal is lately but try , try again. I'm back on it today.

My leg workout consisted of L&G floorwork and the butt burner from Sculpt Sweatfest.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today's rotation calls for a 45 min cycle ride, so of course I'll be doing CC#3 on the TM :+

Jane: You know how much I love IM#2, have fun! BUT, I'll be spending the next hour with Coach Sean.....*sigh* :7:7

Phyllis: DS#3 still hasn't decidedx( x( x( . I hear you on the FAFSA, BUT this year we will have all three in college at the same time, so we are getting a small amount.

Patti: I'll be joining you next week with trying to find the time to workout. The good news is you did what you could.

Becky: I thought I would have a hard time following the iBallets, but they do come with PDF files with pictures of the exercises. I do love these and want to download all of them, but I can also see where some may not mesh with them. I also want to get that Squeeze DVD as soon as I get some money back into my account. I'll see you on the bad eating and raise you a cookie! :9

Getting ready to do GS Legs after my post here; meanwhile I have Cathe's Hardcore Extreme legs premix playing in the background for auditory stimulation :p Love those cute pink tops their wearing in that WO segment.

* Phyllis: Enjoy your rest day today, I feel a teeny bit of DOMS in my pecs from GS Chest & Tri's yesterday but I knew it was coming :)

I too was always doing just M-F WO's and leaving the weekends off but with this month's rotation I've been consistant with it and even working out on Sat. mornings :eek: something I rarely do - but I like it! 6 days feels very productive to me.

* Jane: fun day it sounds like w/ IMAX2 - that is such an awesom - feel good workout for me - Have fun & Enjoy!

* Becky - we are on the same day of this rotation. Why are you subbing GS Legs? Sounds like you had a good WO w/ B&G floorwork ;)

* Beavs - Heck at least you did a WO not the one you had initally planned on but hey that's life right? Being flexible is a part of it - correct? :)

* Tammy - Have fun with Coach Sean

* Conni - How is your hubby doing? and you? Hope all is going along well.

I sub standing legwork like squats and lunges using heavy weight, and deadlifts and stepups. I just have had back issues and found that all of that, along with leg lifts -for abs, aggravate it.
I also have legs that build muscle and bulk up easily so it's turned out that floorwork and light weight work is better for me anyway!;-)

Tammy- LOL @ I'll raise you a cookie ! :7 :p
So far I'm doing better today, but it IS only 10 am ! :eek: :eek:
 
* Becky - Ahhhh ok, I was just wondering as its a good LB WO but I hear you on some of those moves.

Just completed GS Legs and that one move with the deadlifts on the topper is a bit much if you have back problems.

My legs feel a bit like jello afterwards but it is done! Yay!

Phyllis, LOL @ climbing mt everest!:p I am doing a BBC rotation for the remainder of the month. :)
 
Gotta work today so I took the day off from exercise but I was down another pound this morning so I am a very happy camper!!!!:7

I am down 2.4 pounds this week alone!! I hope this continues!!:7
