Good Morning Ladies!
Just finished iTread 11/40 plus pulled out another of Cathe's stretch workouts with the ball - I feel pumped up from the run and nice and loose from the stretch.
* Jane - you almost got me there when you said it was Friday - I was like "Did I miss a day?" LOL
* Becky - My kids get a half day off tommorrow so I guess you can say they start their Spring break on Friday afternoon
, I can not believe Easter is this Sunday and I have yet gone out to get my youngest her basket from the Easter bunny...and she is expecting one too plus an egg hunt LOL OY! Guess I have to get in gear also and go out shopping for her stuff.
* Phyllis - Oh I didn't even time tommorrow's workouts yet and I'm doing the same thing - oh sheesh! Guess I can't putz around too much in the am tommorrow ... ack!
I'm going to do it as my goal is to stay consistant with my workouts which means staying as true to the rotations I'm following - I'm a bit OCD about that LOL.
I need to get back to where I was before I took my hiatus from working out x( Looking back I wish that I had not done that; now I'm half of where I used to be ;( but that's okay because I'm doing it now right?
