Almost Friday guys!! I am looking forward to the weekend!

It felt sooo good to finally get on the rotation yesterday. BodyMax2 awaits me this afternoon.
 
Jane, have a great time with BM2! Are you enjoying your weather? We're back to 12 here this morning!

I did PUB instead of the interval run. I wanted to incorporate some more upper body.Wendy, I think you suggested doing the abs first, but I forgot.

Phyllis, :eek: You forgot to do PUB abs FIRST!? Poor thing! Do you still have arms!?!? :p

Well, I have to do a little rearranging of my rotation schedule this week...I did my run after work y'day morning but never got in back + biceps so I have b+b, ARX & yoga on tap for today...I hope I can fit it all in!:eek:

good morning Phyllis... not in the 40's here this morning again unfortunately, back to 27 degrees but it is going to be 50 today.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

I'm taking a rest day today as I have an 8:30 am hair appointment, and then I have to work 10-7....BLECH!

Jane: Enjoy BM#2....I did it yesterday and I woke up with some lovely DOMS!

Tig: That's a lot of P90x for one day...good luck!

Phyllis: LOL! I bet you remember to do the abs first next time!

Conni: Way to go with week #1:7

Heather: I'm one of the few who really LOVE MIC! It was one of my first purchases and I just love how accomplished I feel after that 60 minute sweat fest. I'm glad to have you on board with this one!

Annette: KPC Premixes are tough!

Becky: Great mix-up of workouts. Are you starting to feel better?

Tammy, LOL-I'm actually "cheating". The yoga with be Baron Baptiste's Long and Lean. It's only 50 minutes long! :7 :7 :7
 
1 degree here ! ;( DD is going to school but on a one hour delay!

Yesterday was a premix of DM so today instead of LL (not ready for all those weights and step ups) I'm just doing a stationary bike ride and abs.

Jane, you are doing DM and BM2 back to back?
I'm putting this day inbetween and will do BM2 (premix of some sort) tomorrow. YOU are a MACHINE!!}(

Tammy, thank you.:) I AM feeling better and enjoying being back to a little step and weights!!! I'm going slowly but hope I can just keep doing more & more!

Wow, you guys are up and about early today!

Becky - I have watched Survivor since it began! I have to say I was not a particular fan of last season, I thought it was pretty boring actually, but I am still hanging in there!

Today was supposed to be an interval run, but it is too cold for that! I did Christi Happy Hour hi/lo with abs and it was fun! I have to psyche myself for BM tomorrow though!;-)
 
Connie, I totally agree with you about last season. That was
my least favorite of all the shows and I've watched since it started too. It looks like they made some changes and hopefully it'll get more interesting this time around!}(

I did 45 min. interval ride on the stationary bike. Now am gonna do Rock Hard Abs .

Hi all,

I did PUB up only premix then did PLB floorwork and MIS abs for my workout today. Sat. will be busy so I know I won't have time to do a workout and I needed to get another upper body in and my lower body so I combined the 2 into one workout. I also did a different tape so my muscles will get used in a different way each workout. Trying to keep them guessing and myself from getting bored.

Hey Becky... I decided to do BM2 today since I'm not sore from DM yesterday (last time I had major DOMS but then I had done DM just two days after PUB). I had a backup plan to do LowMax today if I was too sore.
 
Phyllis, Sorry I didn't get back here earlier to answer your question about ARX. What didn't you like about the X program?

Tammy, Thanks for answering Phyllis' question for me. :) Yeah, I know-I am completely astounded that I am starting to like yoga too! LOL Long and Lean is 50 mins. It's Vinyasa yoga. Baron does it in a more athletic fashion (like YogaX), which I like. I can't stand the "spiritual" stuff. It's just not me. He moves through the postures quicker then Tony does once he shows them once. That's okay though as it creates a challenge for me and now that I am familiar with the postures I think it's a good thing. Most of the postures are done in Yoga X but a few are new to me. Did I answer your question? :)
 
Wendy, I didn't enjoy Tony. I found myself thinking about Cathe's workouts all the time. I can't pinpoint it exactly, but it just wasn't my cup of tea.:)

Completely off topic - I just found out that my sister is training for a marathon in Greece! Cool huh!

Tony seems to have that effect...either ya love him or ya hate him! LOL I am rather fond of him myself. I know I wouldn't mind staring at him all day long! :9 }( :9 LOL

That's very cool about your sister. She lives in Greece?
