Siobhan - Disc 2 wouldn't load, so I used Disc 5 since it was Tri/Back day. I am totally fine since I have substitutes, but I thought you should know. I am going to check the rest of the discs this weekend and let you know if there are any others.
Today was STS Disc5, and 100 crunches.
I felt like Cathe was rushing to get all her words in before the next exercise started, lol!
