TGIF! Yesterday I ended up doing EB Slim Sculpt, so today I'll do hills and sprints on the treadmill :confused:

good morning everyone,

not into working out this morning... too many late nights this week. this morning i did tabata inferno. yes. tough. but goodness that guy's workouts are dull. and... it drives me up the wall the way he says the word good. gooooowd - like baby talk. hmmm - i am sounding hormonal.

I tried supreme 90 legs and quit. I tried supreme 90 core dynamics and quit. so... clearly it's me.

No workout tomorrow. off to ottawa for a memorial service and will head right back home.

how'd the interview go annette? by the way - tammy - how is slim sculpt. it's on my wish list. and conni - i will let u know when things arrive.

Siobhan ~ I like Slim Sculpt. The first 30 minutes are standing exercises using light weights and it ends with 15 minutes of floor work/stretching. Not super hard, but I prefer to use light weights.

TGIF!!

Tammy - Hang in there, you are solid as a rock!

Siobhan - Disc 2 wouldn't load, so I used Disc 5 since it was Tri/Back day. I am totally fine since I have substitutes, but I thought you should know. I am going to check the rest of the discs this weekend and let you know if there are any others.

Today was STS Disc5, and 100 crunches.
I felt like Cathe was rushing to get all her words in before the next exercise started, lol!
 
I GOT THE JOB!!!! :D About 20 hours a week working as a Therapuetic (sp?) Support Staff with children in the school setting. Making more money than I have ever made an hour, so I am happy. Have to have my clearances done again but I go for training next Thursday for about 5 hours maybe less. And they will reimburse me for the cost of the clearances.

I did PSSL&A floorwork and part of PLB floorwork also then did about 15 min. of taebo for a little bit of cardio. I haven't done legwork in forever so my legs are feeling like jelly right now but that is good.;)
