Yesterday was Imax2 and then a 40 min. hike in the evening.
Today is GS legs.

Short night last night. I'm tired this morning !

Today is cardio. Not sure if I'm going to do a run or something from the rotation. I may do MIC Hi/Lo and tack on SJP hi/lo... we'll see. It needs to be short, I have plans this evening.
 
Mega Step Blast is on the rotation today, but i will sub with a BM2 cardio premix. I have MSB on VHS only but I don't have a player in my living room anymore.

Hi again !!!

I sort of cheated.:eek: I did a GS Legs PREMIX instead of the whole hour plus !
I just felt my legs have worked very hard already this week and needed a shorter leg workout today.
To kind of help with the guilt, I added on Yoga abs .;)

Tomorrow is KPC and I will sub with an upperbody workout since they are very scare in this rotation (once a week in a full body workout only).
and if I'm "feelin' it" - I'll add some cardio.

Now I just made a green tea creme swappuccino from my Hungry Girl cookbook and I'm going to go enjoy it on the porch !

Becky - It sounds like you overworked yesterday, maybe that is part of the insomnia issue..but what do I know? Hot one here today, taking the Inlaws to the pool, then cooking hamburgers on the grill later.

Today was Kickbox - I did ITR with Amy, sweating a blue streak by the end!
 
Ooops I forgot to check in. Today was 30 min. of taebo and 30 min. at the gym doing chest, shoulders and back, I was pressed for time today.
