Hi ladies. Hurray for Friday. Today's bodyrock workout is 16 min interval strength. 6 min of 10 second rest and 50 seconds of work; 3 exercises repeated. Then 4 min of intense high knees jump rope.

Tammy I hope ur schedule will let us meet or Do lunch when ur here. My grand baby comes to visit next week too!

Whew, just finished the 16 min interval strength workout from bodyrock....OMG! Gut wrenching! I actually felt it in my gut...fear leaving my body :p

My results:
Lunge chop 8, 7, 8, 8 (I used a tricep bar with 10 lbs)
Side jump santana push up 6, 6, 5, 5
Jump squats 30, 32, 40, 49

4 min high intensity jump rope (10 sec rest; 20 sec jump)

Great work out.
