Tigg, how's the shoulder??
SJP isn't a favorite either, the hi-lo stuff. SInce I started step, I kinda hate floor aerobics. But I get a break for weights, so I can deal, and it is a good sweatbreaker. It's on my rotation so that is why I "picked" it. Haven't done it yet though. It will be a late wo tonight.

Hello everybody!

Wendy - take care of that shoulder. I know all about shoulder pain, finally had to get an injection in my left one in March, remember? Have you seen a doctor for it? (sorry if I missed some of your posts on this, I haven't been very good about checking in in the last week)

I just finished Muscle Max. I felt better during this weight w/o than I did yesterday on Circuit Max with those light weights. Hopefully it won't take long for my strength to return. I didn't work upper body for two weeks and can really tell it.

Conni, i'm just coming off of FitnessFreak's circuit rotation and I loved it. I also did her get ready for summer rotation and enjoyed that. I've seen more definition in my UB(been going heavier)None of her WO's are too long.

Caitlin, I did step on 3 different days, but they were long sessions.
Also, I did RS on the 8" step. I think that I wont do that again.

Still not sure what to start with on Sun - guess i'll check my notebook.

To answer your question about HSC...I Love it!!! The music is great! The work out delivered exactly what it promises... huffing and puffing. However, that was yesterday. Today I tried AB JAM the one that came with the other 4 tapes by TurboJam). #1 thought it was a 40 min workout like it said on the box. It's only 20 minutes! I think TurboJam package including Cardio Party, Turbo Sculpt, Lower Body Jam & Cardio Party II itself is okay on a lighter day but definetly not something I want to do on a regular basis. I'll throw it in once in a while. I wouldn't at all get any more of these tapes either. My mother loves it!! And she loves Cathe too. (Shes 61 sh!!!!!) I don't feel as fuzzy about it as she does though. It's just when I'm done with that workout, I don't feel as "worked out" as I should.
