I was a fool yesterday and tried Low Max. It was a bad idea for the PF, but I had been feeling good and craving cardio. Just whip me if I try to do any step again before I am recovered.

Today I will go to an intense pilates class and give it a try. I might as well get a strong core while I'm waiting.

I'm thinking of all the people in the path of Rita and praying for a miracle.

Judy.. I'm sorry your PF has flared again. It seems to take sooo long for that to heal.

I'm also praying for those in Rita's path. Be safe!

Hello ladies.

I did Body Max yesterday. That is one evil work out! }( It burned up 920 calories! :7

Today is cardio and abs. Coremax # 1 and the cardio is yet to be determined...
 
Good morning all,

Today I used my "tweak' option that Cathe has given us on this rotation, I wanted a total body weight workout instead of just legs, so I did PH. Nice change of pace.

Tomorrow is Low Impact Step Lower Body Cardio Blast, and the abs from KPC.

Sunday is Coremax 2 and Stretchmax 3.

Good morning everybody! :)

YEAH, it's finally Friday!!!! :) I am off today, so I will be cleaning the house and washing clothes :-( .

My workout today will be GS Legs, CM #3 and a 20-30 min jog!

Tomorrow I will do either KM or KPC and on Sunday I will do SM in its entire.

This was a really nice workout week. Looking forward to next week!

Hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day and a great weekend!

My thoughts are will all the people trying to escape Rita!

Where is everyone today?

Today I am going to do BodyMax since tomorrow I will be away and probably won't get a workout in. I figure BodyMax will cover both today and tomorrow's workout - LOL!:eek:

Judy: Sorry to hear your PF is bothering you. Let us know how pilates go. I have incorporated a few DVD's into my rotation and I really enjoy it.

Jane: Awesome workouts...keep up the good work!

Wendy: Enjoy your workout today and I will be following in your footsteps w/BodyMax.

Conni: I've only done PH once, but that is a great all around workout!

Good morning everyone.Yesterday I did Power Half Hour abs and 1 hour in my stationary bike. Today I will be doing Turbo Jam and Power Half Hour.

Hummm I almost just threw in the towel today because I have sooo much to do but nevertheless I did MIS Chest, Back and abs for my short but sweet workout covering the muscle groups that needed to be covered today.

Tammy - According to Wendy's calculations, BM would DEFINITELY cover today and tomorrow's workouts!!

Last night was BM upper body only, CTX All Step cardio, and Step Jam, that I just received last night. Fun workout! Not sure what I want to do tonight. Leaner legs and 10 minute abs are on the rotation for today but that just doesn't sound inspiring to me. Since it's cooler out, I may go for a run and do a segment of CM. Suggestions are welcome!

Last night I ordered Ryka Enlights (on sale) from sportschalet.com. I am wearing Affirms right now and they are (1) too big and (2) don't have enough cushion for my old knees!! Can't wait to get them!

Morning all!

Last night I did Imax Extreme but I skipped through the weights from C&W.

Today is a 3 mile run, GS Legs and a segment of Coremax!

It's beautiful and sunny and cooler here today! I'm lovin' it:)

Today i ran for an hour, shoulders and abs. And tomorrow we leave for Door COunty for 10 days of cycling and hiking. I cant wait.
Tomorrow I am going to try to do either IMAX 3 or a step tape before leaving in the morning.

This morning I did Imax Extreme, I needed a long cardio workout, this is so much fun! And Ab Ripper X.

I was bad last night and ate brownies and cookies, I need to burn them, I am feeling guilty and disapointed at my lack of control.

But today is another day, I am doing good so far!

Good Day All!
Today I had so much fun combining Step and Interval with All Step. I finished up with 2 of the CTX abs but quit because we had a painter in the house and he was cleaning brushes in the laundry tubs while I was doing my thing. I love to exercise but it is definitely not a spectator sport!:p

Judy, that sucks that your PF is acting up, you're a trooper doing your pilates, nice job.

Wendy, I figured B-Max was a big burner but that's insane}(

Conni, I love PH biceps and shoulders, it's a great w/o

Kristine, I hope you do something fun to reward yourself for your hard working day off:)

The Kids are off school today so I took them to the "Kingston Penitentiary Museum". It was quite fascinating in a macabre kind of way. I was surprised to see that Charles Dickens himself had come to visit the pen in the mid 1800's it explained to me why there is a section of town with Dickens type street names. My daughter Marley was absolutely thrilled that I drove her down Marley Street today. Fun stuff!
