Daily Check-In TGIF 3-31

Cathlete
Last day of March and Friday, and I don't work the weekend, what could be better!!

I did S&H tri's and bi's (FitTV version) last night and really liked it. I think I need that DVD!!! It has abs in the workout but no enough so I'll hit abs again today.

I have S&H chest/back (again FitTv) and LowMax intervals 1-5. I'll add an ab routine.

I may have to switch up my cardio today and run today. I had that on for tomorrow but it is suppose to rain. We'll see.

Have a great day!

RE: Daily Check-In TFIG 3-31

I took a day off work, so I have a long walk planned (with my wonderful XM MyFi To Go radio in my fanny pack!) and lots of CHIN-UPS and PUSH-UPS! And hopefully some stuff from the Pilates class that I won't be teaching today because of the day off. Got to keep my butt downsized no matter what!

RE: Daily Check-In TFIG 3-31

Hmmmmmmm..... TFIG? Thank Friday It's Goodness?:p Just teasing, Jane! Those things all add up to a great day! Enjoy it:)

HB - have fun with your chin-ups and push-ups, you crazy woman!

Last night I did Powerstrike II and Coremax Tough Abs premix. I was supposed to do L&G today, but I think I might do one of the Cardio Hits workouts instead. Powermax, probably.

Have a great Friday!

RE: Daily Check-In TGIF 3-31

LOL... Shelley... I'm either sleep deprived from working so much OT this week or I'm dyslexic!! I didn't get up early to work this morning, so can't use that for an excuse!!. Soooo, thank Friday it's Goodness!!

ETA - it let me edit it!!!

Good Morning Fit Chicks!!!

:7 :7 TFIG or TGIF still adds up to FRIDAY:7 :7 !!!!

Today for me will be KPC.

Jane: S&H is a very effective series...you definitely need it.

HB: Enjoy your day off from work, your lovely walk and all of your pushups and chinups!

Sheley: Ya gotta do PowerMax...it is the best of the oldies!

Hello to all that follow...I hope you have a great day!

Hi !
Ok Power Max and KPC are old favorites! But today's schedule calls for an out door run (in sunshine!) for 4.5-5 miles and abs. I am starting to like running. Yesterday I was wanting to run. But I am not allowing myself to run on consecutive days because I don't want any more injuries. This body needs to be working out indefinitely so I must treat it carefully.;-) ;-) ;-)

Good morning! Today is supposed to be beautiful here, so I hope all you runners enjoy it. Today the plan is for Shelley's Noodle Arm WO, aka GS Back, chest & biceps. Tack on segment 2 from Cardio Toolbox and Core Max segment 2. Since I'm off this weekend, I won't be around here, but the plan is for KickMax on Sat and something cardio on Sun. PowerMax sounds tempting, since it's been mentioned. Have a wonderful day and weekend all.

Good morning ladies,

Well I am trying to get back into the exercise world. I still can't walk but I will do the best that I can. After the suggestions yesterday I will do Pub and stepheat abs. Right now I am limited to upper and lower body, but it is better than nothing huh?

Hope everyone has a great friday!!

Daily Check-in

Good morning! This is my rest day, and I am really going to enjoy it. I worked hard this week! After doing Boot Camp again yesterday, I am still convinced that High Step Training is a much more challenging workout for me with more cardio and tougher weight work. It was the first time in a long time that I did Boot Camp alone. I was using IMAX2 as a warmup for Boot Camp, so that may be part of the reason it feels easier now! ;-) The core work in Boot Camp slays me though, and it is a nice change of pace. I can do anything for a minute! :7

I did the third segment of Total Body Stretching again last night. I really like using the stability ball for stretching. It adds a bit of fun to an activity that typically bores me. In general, I do not like to be still long enough to stretch!

Welcome to all the newbies--Tracy, Kerry, Robin, Susan, and anyone else I missed!

Blessings,
Heather B.

Good morning ladies...

Jane...a weekend off...how very nice!! Yes...you'd like S&H...:)

Honeybunch..is Pilates good for downsizing the butt?

Shelley...Powermax is a fun one...enjoy

Tammy...hope you get some tough punches in with KPC!!

Judy...I do want your sunshine! You are very smart just running every other day...it is quite addictive...:)

Robin...enjoy the noodle arm workout. It is weird how when a workout is mentioned here...it makes you want to do it...:)

Kim...don't worry. You'll be able to modify well I think....:)

Enjoy your SS workout Wendy...:)

I am doing PUB back and abs and a 4 mile run...Have a great day everyone and all that follow...:)

Good Morning and I'm cheering for Friday too! (no matter how it's written!!:p )

This morning I did Slow & Heavy Chest and Back and abs from HSC& SJP.
Still have cardio to do but haven't picked it out yet.
Maybe a run on the treadmill since it's raining this morning.

Have a great day everyone!!!!:D

RE: Daily Check-in

Good morning everyone!

I am sooo glad the weekend is almost here! Today was my first Mindy Mylrea experience. I did her Action packed cardio, 35 minutes of step, then 35 minutes of hi/lo. I only did the first two segments of the hi/lo this time, I only had about 70 minutes to work out today, and I added ab hits. Great energy and high intensity. I really liked her, and not much TIFTing or breakdown at all.

Saturday - SS Mix it UP,
Sunday - Stretchmax and Coremax.

Have a great weekend, hopefully a new rotation will be posted today also!

RE: Daily Check-in

Hi, everyone!!!
I'm getting later and later on posting. It's already been a busy morning. I have two client interviews today, both which take me outside the main building. It's all stormy and yucky today, so I hope there's a break in the rain when I have to go out.

Today ... hmmmm. I haven't actually decided yet. It's a toss up between Imax 3 and Low Max. Right now I'm leaning more toward Imax 3.

I hope you all have a great day!

RE: Daily Check-in

Morning Ladies,

TGIF.......amen

First I’d like to thank you for your prayers, THANK YOU!. My Uncle Carson is recovering very well The doctor’s decided to put in a Pack Maker oppose to him having open heart surgery. Carson, also did not want open heart surgery, considering his age. All is well

Second, I got the job….I got the job…….amen…….

Thirdly, Kick Max kicked my booty this morning, man oh man that’s one kick a$$ workout. I love it………now I am ready to tackle Step Jump & Pump…..looks like so much fun.

Tonight, MIS UB & abs I just may do the entire workout, providing how I am feeling, once I get out of prison today  However, I am feeling pretty good this morning.

Guys, this is why I love to workout in the privacy of my own home. I can move and grove at my own pace, stop then start…..Well ladies back to work I’ll check in later.

I forgot to mention I prepared my protein drink with blue berries this morning and it was the BOMB, It tasted so much better than strawberries, I’m hook!

RE: Daily Check-in

Morning ladies. Today is my rest day. I still feel like maybe I'll do a Coremax workout tonight or something. I hate having a day where I do NOTHING. TTOM bloat is gone, so I feel like a real person again.
Well, I think I'm going to take the plunge and order the Gym Style's today!:7 :7 :7 Can't wait!

Wendy - There is a spinning class tomorrow morning at 9:30, but I might have to wait until next Saturday because DH and I have a ton of stuff to do tomorrow morning. I definitely want to try it though. Anything that's going to give me a good leg burn.}(

Hope everyone has a great day!

Katie

RE: Daily Check-in

Good morning guys. I am going to rum 5 miles on the treadmill. I had a great workout yesterday. I did Hsta lower and cardio and muscle max upper and Baron Baptiste Long and lean yoga-there is killer ab work in that one. My sister and her family are coming from Michigan tomorrow so I have to get ready for that. We are going to Wine country for a couple of days and staying in a cottage. Anyway, have good workouts everyone and I am off to take girly girls to school. Cheers!

Susan

Just dropping in quickly to note that I did CTX step & intervals today. Becky - are you following any specific rotation for your 1 (or 2) body parts per day? I was going to try and stick with CTX for the next few weeks - the problem is I've done these workouts so many times in the past that I tend to get a little bored. I would like to try and come up with something using the GS since I have barely used those at all.

Everyone have a great weekend - tomorrow is a rest day.

Tracy

Hi! Another on-the-run post from me. Man, life is busy!

This morning I did All-Step, CoreMax1, and TBS#3. Feel great. Gotta go. Be back later to read the rest of the posts (I hope!).

Have a great Friday,
Sandra

Hi everyone,

Quick post right now. I just finished a 5 minute jog, 400 walking lunges, 200 jumping jacks, 8 sets of 8 push ups (all straight leg), 4 sets of 25 tricep dips, and 400 crunches from all angles. Needless to say I'm too pooped right now to write anything more!!

I'll be back later when I've recovered!

Sandra, hope those girls are feeling better!

Teddygirl, glad your uncle is doing better, and CONGRATS on that job!
