Yesterday: Gym Style Chest and PowerMax (someone needs to take this workout away from me)CleanMax and Errand Max

Today: Legwork (Leaner Legs plus the Heavy work of S&H Legs and abs) plus work and cleanMax.

Hi good morning Cathy and everyone. I have posted a daily check-in too. I did not see you did the same. I will post my message here. Today I will do Bootcamp, TAEBO, the michael olajide killer abs and back and the kickmax challenge. Have a great day everybody.I have seen the Barbara's pictures . I am jealous. I want to meet Cathe and have pictures taken with her too. She is a very lucky person.

Cathy & Mariangeles-You two are on a roll with the workouts! Really liking them, huh!?:)

Today was IM 2, CM 2, and a stretch. This evening I will run.

This afternoon my husband's family is coming for a cookout. Can we say disFUNctional? I love them, but WOW! His mother lives in Louisianna. On the train ride here she gets arrested for public intoxication! Can you believe that!? I told him at 6 I am going for a run regardless if they are still here. I will need the time to clear my head!:p

Today for me will be the Hi/Lo Circuit from Hardcore Extreme and some abs.

Cathy: Oh hell, if you realy enjoy a workout and you are having fun, then go ahead and PowerMax as much as you like!

Mariangeles: Killer workout girl!

I am working on getting photos I just took uploaded to shutterfly. I will post when I done with the url so you can have a peek. They are taken in the lab so you will where I work too.

Well I haven't started my workouts yet. But I plan to dao treadmill, legs and glutes and some ab workout. I am happy to report I did all my workoits yesterday :) So hopefully I will today as well!

Last night I did KPC, and it made my day so much better.

Tonight, I plan to do MM. Hopefully all that lifting will alleviate the stress I'm sure to feel having my SO's family here all afternoon!;)
 
Today is supposed to be a rest day. Finally! but i sort of feel like doing upper body, so i may do PUB later. right now i am going to lay out with a bottle of champagne and some strawberries:9

Hello all,

Just had my dinner so the day is nearly over.

Did my long run today: 10 miles. It wasn't a good one. It was really tough. And ofcourse yesterday's endurance leg work had absolutely nothing to do with it :) My knee felt really tight at the end of my run so I iced it. And I can use it as an excuse to send everyone of the couch. My leg needs to be elevated :+ :+

Guess its late morning for you guys, so have a great Sunday everyone and enjoy your w/o.

Hi everybody~

I did L&G for the first time and a 2 mile jog. I am tired now and I am fixing to lay on the couch and rest :) :) :)

WOOHOO!!! I worked out for 2 hours today and I feel great!

I did Low Max, Legs & Glutes floorwork, and a segment each of Core Max and Stretch Max.

Now it's time to Relax Max... :p

Holy CRAP, Angie, that's a lot of working out.

So far today, I've done Preparefoodmax and Eattoomuchfoodmax.

I'm planning on MM later. Although after all I ate today I should probably do some cardio.
 
Won't you get your cardio in on your guests? (I'm thinking Kick Max would work well! LOL!!!) just kidding...!

I felt inadequate after reading about everybody's multiple workouts so I kicked it up a notch. My kids came downstairs wondering if something happened to me and my bf called 3 times!!!

I did a 14 mile on trails this morning. Not real rainy but way humid...YUK....just love my shorts and t-shirt pasted to my body...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/2/nervous.gif[/img] ...Carole
