Jane - I doubt you will be reading this, but I hope everything went well today and the occasion was a grand one!

Becky - PH always gets me too!!
HP was really good! It was long, but every part was needed to further the story, especially with the finale looming on the horizon. Well done film!

Today is going to be Amy's KBX surge and core, and cleaning. If it warms up enough we will head to the pool. I have a full work week next week, so this will be our chance for a few days..

Hi Everyone !!!

Today is a rest day and I'm glad to have it. This rotation is really working me !!

Yesterday we did yard work, today is errands and cleaning out the garage !
Not fun but NEEDED !!!

Becky what rotation are you doing? Oy cleaning out the garage is one thing that I leave for my dh as he uses ours for all his woodworking projects.


Today is a warmup with kettlebell swings followed by Squeeze Stronger
Since I've not used SqS in ages my body has some intense DOMs throughout so I'll be alternating Squeeze Stronger with Cardio and a day of yoga for a few weeks
