Daily Check-in, September 22, 2016

Thanks for starting us off. Today I did Rippedism Cardio Carver + 15 minutes of Rippedism shoulders/cardio intervals. I've missed these guys. I hate the music but the workouts challenge me.

Hi ladies,

Today I did an aerobic circuit that I was trying out for my class. It is 51 minutes long and I threw it together using moves from my other aerobic workouts when I realized I only had 1 aerobic circuit and we were using it a lot.

So now I will have 2 then I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing.

So now I think I am done. Whew!

Hi ladies,
The rotation said BB Build Chest & Triceps, but I was not in the mood for such a long session (50min) burning maybe 150 cal, so instead I did 45min step choreo w/o followed by MM Triceps so I could still get part of the burn. Fun and burn = good w/o.

I like lifting but after nearly 30 days of mainly BB I am desperate for more fun... Cardio and good music = fun, be it kickbox, step or dance fitness.

Day 11 was hard strikes which I enjoyed. A shorter workout today but I was grateful for that after a long day at work. My legs are feeling a bit better today but that could be because I used a knee support this week when I was training. Looking forward to the weekend, have a lovely day tomorrow guys. Calico your stamina is incredible! How long have been doing this?

Not very long. I took the Silver and Fit training back in May, subbed for one of the instructors in July for a week, then got my own class (though not a Silver and Fit class) in August. I started with one class and progressed to 3 classes a week though my attendance is low. We are hoping Fall and winter will bring in more members for my class.

I wish I liked cardio as much as you Henriette. lol. If it's not outdoors, I am not into it.

Today I did part of Kundalini Navel Power & My workout was LIVE Hooked on Legs (just skipped over crossovers off step as my hips weren't feeling it).

Well my workout changed this evening...instead of RWH mix, I did a Step Moves workout mix. Only about 20 min
But it was a sweaty workout :). I felt like a little cardio tonite instead of weights... A girl has the right to change her
Mind, right? Sure she does!!!! (LOL)
 
Hey everyone! I did a boxing workout that fried my arms. Not a great cardio burn but it was ok. Tomorrow maybe Cathe live. She never fails to get me going in the morning!
