Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 - Biceps/shoulders/triceps. I do these a supersets with no rests so they only take 30 minutes instead of 1 hour. I still go heavy - heavy for me - 40 pounds on biceps, same on lat raises etc...

I added on Rockout Knockout. I haven't done that one in a while. It was fun and sweaty. I did not do the combo's at the end.

Today was Crossfire with the core premix.

Wish the yard would dry up - leaves are all over the place!
