I have just done Bootcamp, the TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ cardio party nº 2. Later I will use my stationary bike too. Tomorrow I will finish the november rotation and after a rest day I will do the Slim Series slim training rotation for six weeks. Have a great day everyone.

I finished Bootcamp and those KM leg drills I missed yesterday. I also added the KM Blast Challenge but I don't think I'll get to my SM segment. I'll just double up on my stretch tomorrow.
