Today is PUB.

My daughter goes back to college today :( We had a great visit. We are about to head out for some shopping. PUB will be in the evening

Today is BC and I'm adding on those KM leg drills I didn't get to yesterday and SM segment.

I am going to add the KM blast challenge due to eating some things I shouldn't have last night.
 
You ladies mind if I join back in?

Today was Low Max plus PUB UP premix (incl. abs ofcourse).

Hadn't done Low Max in months so I got a bit confused in the step sections ;-)) Oh well, I mastered it before, I'll master it again.

I have just done Bootcamp, the TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ cardio party nº 2. Later I will use my stationary bike too. Tomorrow I will finish the november rotation and after a rest day I will do the Slim Series slim training rotation for six weeks. Have a great day everyone.

I finished Bootcamp and those KM leg drills I missed yesterday. I also added the KM Blast Challenge but I don't think I'll get to my SM segment. I'll just double up on my stretch tomorrow.

Jes..HSC is one of my fav circuits.

I did a premix from KPC/L&G dvd, and PowerHour shoulders, bi's and tri's.
