Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 1 + 13 minutes of mike donavanik online cardio. Love that guy.

Henriette - Congrats lady! I wish you an easy pregnancy. And you biked all that way this past week - whoa
Annette - loved seeing you in your class. thanks so much. good for you! Is it a year later since you started? about that? You must feel so much more confident now

Have a great sunny day everyone. I took a rest day yesterday,

Hi ladies,

Linda - thinking of you on this hard day. I hope you are remembering all the good times with your S.I.L.

Annette - thx for sharing the video of your class. Looks like fun and that lady on the left sure is having a blast, adding all sorts of variations to the moves.

This morning I did CoffeyFit raw boxing. My son joined in parts but got confused. He doesn't know basic punches uet, so will teach him those before we do another boxing w/o. We then moved on to Party Rockin step 2. His first time doing step, and my first time with another person doing step at home with me. At first he was rather lost but he kept trying. I then started pauzing the dvd at the start of every new move and teaching it to him slow motion before doing them with Cathe. That actually worked. He hung in there until the middle of combo 4, so over half way. I finished the dvd on my own. Tomorrow he wants to try combo's 4-6 with me pauzing to break them down for him. Such fun we had! And I got a 2 hr sweat session with extra breaks. [emoji5]

Thanks gal, Actually I have been teaching my class for 9 months now. Started by subbing one week in July of last year and got my own class in August. Yes, Judy my faithful one pretty much does her own thing.

I am taking a rest day so my shoulder and knee can hopefully get better.

Henriette, when are you due? Is your son excited?

I am not due until November, hence the pregnancy/fat reference. I don't remember my bump being quite so present last time at this stage, but then again I was 11 years younger and it was my first. Now my body just seems to be saying, make room... NOW!

And yes, my son is very happy! He can't wait. He has 2 little half sisters at his dad's in Germany, but this is different as the baby will be with us and raised in the same environment as him and they will be together every day. Sometimes he's a little worried what it will mean to have to share me, as he's so used to it being the 2 of us with most things, but overall he's super excited. He's even talking to the baby daily and saying how he can't wait to meet her/him. [emoji7]

Sooo cute. Will you find out the gender? I didn't realize he was ...what 10 now...that old. It will be like raising 2 'only' children. They say siblings under 2.5 years apart are back to back babies, 2.5-4 years apart is ideal and over 4 years apart are raising onlys. Of course every family is different. I just know I always had 2 in diapers [emoji44], which was sooo much fun!!

Enjoy this time with your son as an only.

Hey girls, well, I got through today....it was a beautiful service & a little different, she had planned it all.
I was able to get in a shoulder blender mix this AM and did a short blender ab/compound mix a little while
Ago. May all be well.

Hello girls, yes, what a hot day today! Going to be 26 degrees tomorrow.
Glad to hear about the beautiful service, Linda. Hope your family is doing well, ..alright.
Great workouts & rests today!!

I went for a 85 minute walk this morning and this afternoon did Suzanne Bowen Legs-Light cardio for approx 26 mins.

Hi ladies,

Yes, Annette there'll be a big age gap between the kids. By the time the baby is born my bf's kids will be 18 and 15 and Magnus (my son) will be 11. The 15 year old lives with her mom and only visits every other weekend.

And yes, we plan to find out the gender. I like to be prepared and know what to buy and what kind of name to think about.

Now that bball season is coming to an end, Magnus has decided to workout more often with me. He wasn't in the mood for the step he missed out on yesterday so instead we did 21DFX Dirty 30. I don't own the 21DFX yet, but this one is on the H&C dvds. I hadn't tried it yet. I am not a big fan of kids and dumbbells, but I let him do it with me as long as he stuck to no weights or 1kg dumbbells. Really good w/o in just 32min. Got my hr right up there doing 3 rounds of compound moves. Magnus said Autumn was lazy as she barely did anything compared to Kelly and Cathe who tend to do every move with the crew. We also had a good laugh when sweat was dripping and she said: "Give it everything and then a bit more." How can you give more than everything?

Afterwards I continued on my own with Country Heat routine 4. Still not loving the Country Heat, but I will at least try all of the workouts. It's still 30min moving and sweating to music, it's just not as good/fun a dance w/o as Cize or Sh'bam.

It's pretty nice out, so I hope to spend most of the afternoon in the backyard with a book relaxing before another busy work week starts.

Hi Henriette, it's so neat that your son is working out with you! Good for you in getting him on the fun road
To fitness! I just finished a blender "Active Legs " mix. It was a good one, a little harder than I meant it to be :) ,
But it's a keeper as is. Gotta go to grocery store in a bit, not really a favorite of mine. Have a good day!

Excellent workouts Linda, Henriette & Magnus. :)

This morning I did a workout a little earlier cause it's gets so hot & uncomfortable around 1:30pm onwards. I did 4DS Shoulders 16 mins + Denise Austin Abs & Core Makeover 15 mins + my own ball rolling 13 mins.

Enjoy your day!

Hey everybody! Henriette thanks so much for sharing your happy news. Our little group (ok, me) needs it! Linda, I'm glad you're here. I had a friend who died of pancreatic cancer. She too planned her "celebration of life" for when she eventually passed away. It was a bit different than our usual customs but it was ALL her and that made it beautiful and quite special. I still have my moments. Yesterday I was getting my hair cut and just started crying! Out of nowhere!! My stylist and I have known each other for years. She just kept talking to me then finally said "ok, what are we doing with the bangs?!" Anyway, yesterday I did a Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing Bootcamp, thanks again Annette! I'm loving her!! Then today was Cathe Live Total body total pump or something like that. Her most recent. Have a pleasant day everyone and remember to be kind to one another. Life is short.

Thanks Peg, those are very kind words....Let me share a couple brief moments with you, from yesterday. Anyway, my brother met her in the
8th grade and they dated all through high school and married shortly thereafter. Anyway, the "way" he met her (age 13) was he went up to
her and asked if he could carry her books to her next class.....and that was the beginning.....anyway, the service ended yesterday with my
brother carrying "her books" (which he had brought some of her books from home) out of the chapel. I completely and totally lost it right
then. But, it was so touching.....I will never forget that, never........
