Daily Check In, Saturday January 26

Good morning everyone,

HIS circuit workout premix today, and that will wrap up the January rotation.
I will check back later when I have this one done, lots to do on a Saturday!
 
Hi everyone,
I will use the daily post to record what I did the previous day, as I don't usually workout out till after I come back from work which is usually late and much later by the time I get on the boards. I also like to post after I have done the workout as opposed to what I am planning on doing as otherwise, I might not hold myself as accountable. I did a lot of traveling this week and so I am super tired. I used Tuesday as my DOR but here is what I did Wenesday through Friday.

Wednesday evening: Cathe PowerMax and Cathe CTX biceps

Thursday: Cathe StepFit-
QFS abs
Cathe CTX-chest and CTX back
bowflex wide-grip and narrow grip lat pulls.

Friday: Elliptical -40 min
Bowflex_ Cable work for back of legs and butt
and leg curls
CTX shoulders

Conni - yea the end of the rotation! What now?

Cathy - what are QFS abs? It looks like you enjoy Cathe's older step stuff.

What does everyone think of all the Cathe stuff on the blog? I wonder about the prices. I'm actually in need of a new set of ankle weights, but I don't see myself purchasing too much else rightnow.

I will be doing PUB as soon as my java is gone!

Good morning everyone. This is my first time here on the check ins I am doing fitnessfreak366 Leg Blast rotation. I have never followed a rotation before today is day 3 I will be doing LOW MAX every muscle in my body is aching from the Gym Styles so hopefully today won't be too bad. (Yeah Right).

I just replied to the Blog update I think it is amazing that she is doing this I think it will get her little more attention.

Good Morning Glories!!!

Aaahhhhh, it felt SO good to sleep in this morning :D I'll be doing CCPP as soon as I finish my java. After CleanMax and LaundryMax, DH and I are going shopping for a new stove as one of my burners isn't working. I think we may go out for a light dinner too :9

Phyllis ~ Patti missed spin class this week, but hopefully she'll join me this Thursday, I just love this class and by the end I was totally drenched from head to toe in sweat :D I'm going to try to find those Merrell's today too.

Conni ~ Good for you for finishing the rotation...what's next?

I did Slow and Heavy warm up and incline chest work, then did PLB floorwork and MIS abs for my workout today.

Now I have to get ready for work.

Hi Everyone !

Today was a 1 1/2 hour hike in the woods....in the snow ! Challenging trails with lots of hills and the shoes were FANTASTIC !
I never slipped , my feet stayed warm and they were very good support !

I heart my Merrell's !!!!:7
