Today I did Double Wave Pyramid (have not done that one in ages) + KCM Muscleup2bfit bis/tris + PUB bis/tris + some TTapp.

Today was Cize disc 3 workout 1, then RWH biceps , shoulders and back premix 7.
Looking at one of the new rotations from the user guide, the January rotation is too repetitive for me..
Ordered 3 KCM DVDs from the big sale yesterday..
 
Hi ladies, great workouts today for both of you. This is the way to begin the new year! My congratulations! Today I did Sts meso1 disc 1 Chest Shoulder and Biceps. Quite excited about the program. I will keep you up to date as I progress.
 
Hey ladies!!! The more and more I hear about STS the more I want to try it.. but I have to admit.. I have a hard time following a program... I need variety and I don't like being told what to do!!!! haha!!!! Seriously, although I may have a plan in place to meet my goals, I might wake up one morning and want to do something different.. and that's not always a mindset thing.. heck, at 51 some mornings I wake up and some thing hurts more than another and I need to switch up what the plan was.. I'll watch how others are liking STS and decide a ways down the road maybe.

Today I did MOST of Rock Em Sock Em in the ICE program and then the back muscle melt down. Needed to cut it short and I wanted the muscle work!! I'm trying to build back some muscle all over now!
