Today I am psyched to work out, I am doing Amy's In the Ring for the first time and the VF forum has me really excited to try it. Her stuff has just been getting better and better all the time.

Doing cleanmax, errandmax, and helping DS with his report on the Boston Tea Party today.

Today was SB and Ab hits #2. Fun, fun, fun!
today is my birthday, and I will be spending it at the ball fields watching my 3 favorite guys play baseball! (DH, DS11, DS8)

I slept 12 hours last night...YIKES:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

I have no idea what I am doing today, only that I will get a workout in. I'll probably end up running on the treadmill :) I am anxious to get outside and run, but the weather here is still crappy.

I did selected standing legwork off of Legs and Glutes today along with the floorwork off of PLB and abs off of PSSL&A!! My internet has been down so I couldn't access Cathe.com at all.

Okay, here is my report on In the Ring. I was really having a great time, sweating with Amy , when the phone rang! I ended up having to stop my workout and I didn't get to finish! I had to stop right before the 4th combo, so I didn't miss alot, but I was still ticked. It isn't often that I am this excited about a workout, and look what happens. Oh well, I will have to do the whole thing later this week. I ended up doing the core work from 4DS KB just to round things out, but still.....!

What I did do was fun! Not too intense that you were hurling into a bucket, but I was working up a good sweat. The combos are kind of dancy, imo, with kickboxing moves thrown in. The intervals were really cool, the time flew by and I didn't feel like I was counting the seconds or anything.
