I did get to see a bit of snow yesterday, nothing stayed on the ground though. Maybe tomorrow...:)

I am doing KPC and some legwork

Today is a rebounder work out, the u/b from ctx kickbox, abs and some weighted leg work...

I was out late last night and I am up too early this morning...it's gonna be fun trying to find the energy to do this today!:p

Sandra, I decided to go to the salon yesterday afternoon, so yesterday was indeed a rest day! :)

Today is supposed to be HSTA, but I don't have that one. I'm going to substitute with HSC or do you think Bootcamp would be a more suitable substitute?

Morning everyone!

I love the new glittery signatures!

Well, today is my GS marathon. I've so far done Chest and Tris and BSB. I got chest out of the way first, so I could do those dreaded push-ups and move on. I'm a bit shaky right now, but not too bad. I'm not sure whether to just take the plunge and do Legs right now, or wait until later.

Okay, GS Legs is done. That's all three. Now I'm just going to collapse in a little heap of pain and wait for the DOMS truck to get here;)
 
Good late morning!

I slept in and did my workout mid-morning today. Love that, but it sure makes my day busier. As per the rotation I did HSTA today. How does a workout with so little cardio, per se, make me sweat so darn much? :)

Carole - I checked out your picture trail photos. The snow photos are gorgeous (as are you!). I love you're new signature!

Wendy - Ah, you've found the same signature maker as Carole. They're both so lovely!!

Pamela - I remembered yesterday, after I posted, that you didn't have HSTA. Yes, HSC would be a great substitute, but since you just did that one last week, another great substitute would be the BootCamp/Muscle Endurance Bonus Premix (or Bootcamp all by itself). I'm glad you treated yourself to the salon, and took a full rest day. We need to avoid burnout! We're already half way through the rotation!

Shelley - I'm pulling for you (but not literally - you have to do that yourself LOL!). Go Shelley go!! What's your reward for doing this masochistic marathon?

Today I did ME and a quick 30 minute run on the treadmill. Those biceps in ME are just pure torture}( }( .

Carole: KPC is so much fun. I love your new glittery signature.

Pamela: I love those HS workouts...for me HSC is harder than HSTA.

Shelley: Awesome job! You are always raising the bar. I hope the DOMS truck arrives soon!

Sandra: The HS workouts always leave me a sweaty mess:7:7:7! How nice that you got to sleep in a tad this morning.

Carole - I noticed the weather you are having, 28 degrees!! It was 79 degrees here yesterday and beautiful, a little rainy today but still 68 and tomorrow they are calling for 80 degrees!!! My Bradford pear trees are blooming, and I hope we don't get a cold snap and kill the blooms, they are so pretty!!

Shelley - I've done the two GS UB w/o's in one day before but never all three! WOW... I agree with what someone else said, you should be expecting a Mack truck!!

I just finished Legs and Glutes and I am getting ready to go try the Turbo Jam w/o my DIL let me borrow. I've done the TJ Ab Jam and it was pretty good. I'll let you know how I like the TJ w/o.

Hello again,

HSC is done (including abs! Yay!). By the time I finished it, I was as soaked as if I had been swimming. So much for my salon trip.

Sandra, I can't believe were halfway through the rotation. How is it going for you? I haven't wanted to post this because I didn't want to jinx it, but I'm getting good results. This past Wednesday I finally crossed under 200lbs (199.2 to be exact). I guess I'm finally breaking through that plateau :). Are you ready for your move?

Wendy, girls night out sounds like fun. I haven't done that in a while. We're supposed to be getting together sometime this month, but I've sworn off wine and martinis for awhile, and I'm not eating the fatty appetizers either, so it won't quite be the same.;( That's okay since the end result is worth it.

Lisa, Carole and Shelley, hope you enjoyed your workouts. Shelley, are you seeing stars?

Hey Jane! How is your shoulder feeling. I LOVE Bradford pear trees...they are beautiful for 3 seasons, especially so in the spring.
 
I got up late after a fun night out. When I finally had enough coffee in me to function, I ran 3 miles outside (beautiful day!) then did Core Max segments 2 and 3. Later today I'm going to do the leg drills from Kick Max and the upper body mix from C&W. Then I'm going dancing! Only 4 days off a month so gotta make the most of 'em.

Hey Tammy.... yes the Bradford Pears are beautiful. I have a weeping cherry tree that is about 16 years old and it is absolute breathtaking in full bloom. If the weather holds and we don't have any freezing weather after it starts blooming, I'll take some pictures of it.

I just finished Turbo Jam. I did Learn and Burn first. Basically it went through the moves the first 12 minutes, then a 15 minute w/o. I then put in the TJ 20 minute w/o right after, so it was a good 35 minute w/o.

I like it, a little different but lots of energy. My HMR says that I burned 245 calories in those 35 minutes. This is one of those w/o's where you get out of it what you put into it.

Now I'm doing to do some ab work and I'm done for the day.
